This is actually a very nice sturdy ladder with wheels that make moving it around much easier. I used the ladder multiple times one day to get up and down from my roof. I extended it to about 12 feet, which is enough to tell if it will become wobbly when climbing. It was solid. After completing my tasks, I retracted and folded the ladder, then wheeled it back into the garage. Nice multipurpose ladder for the price. 5 stars.

I needed a ladder to get on my single story roof. Without using any expanding features other than making it straight, I was able to get up there. Took a star off as while it's a pretty solid ladder, its fairly thin, so getting off the roof was a little nerve racking. Came assembled except for the stabilizing bars which were fairly easy to screw on once the holes lined up. Over all, not a bad deal, especially compared to the price of other ladders.

Pretty sturdy ladder, and one which I feel comfortable about scaling to fuller extensions up to the 20 foot limit of the ladder. I also own a Little Giant Ladder at another home which is much heavier than this 20 foot ladder, and the Little Giant ladder doesn't extend as far. What I also like is the easy storability of the ladder in my crowded garage. After I placed it along the wall near one of my cars, my wife still hadn't noticed that the ladder was stading next to her car since we have so many tools hanging from hooks on the wall. Just a practical ladder to tackle any number of tasks that involve the exterior as well as interior of your home. Also, I like how you can use the different extensions on both sides of the ladder to tackle outdoor tasks involving slopes, like pruning shrubs.

Do not waste your time considering this ladder. I recieved the ladder and I had to install the stability rails, and when I went to use the ladder it was unstable. It is a narrow ladder and the stability bars do nothing. I have it on a concrete floor and even without climbing on it, there is a significant wobble. It arrived slightly damaged in the post (superficial), there is a small dent in one of the steps. I tried to return the ladder, but have not received any reply from the seller. I would not recommend this ladder or seller.

The latter is very good. It took longer to assemble a stabilizers because the plastic pieces that you attach are very tight. The directions could have better pictures of how to extend the extenders. The clip to release the extenders is not easy to push for my wife. I've only had a lot a couple of days but so far it has done what I hoped it would do and the wheels are very useful a major advance in laddering.
