I recently ordered a Vedette body shaper that is similar in appearance to this... and let me just say I regret that purchase entirely. Feeling sort of wary of purchasing a body shaper online, I finally decided to just bite the bullet and TRY this one... why not, right? Let me just say... I will never purchase another brand of body shapers again. This is perfect... and I mean PERFECT. The design is amazing, it flattens and shapes while still being comfortable. I have been progressively losing weight, and I bought this shaper in the hopes of making everything appear taut while I am working to make it that way. This does the job and then some. If you are in between on which body shaper to get... I fully recommend this one. One thing I will say is to refer to their size chart. I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly, although it may seem a little tough to get on the first time. It's actually very simple to get on and comfortable to wear. There are three hooks at the crotch area which need to be undone (obviously) when using the restroom. I didn't find those too difficult, but be warned about them if you have a weak bladder... you may need to take some precautions. The hooks work like a typical bra hook would. Also, if you plan on wearing this shaper for a full day make sure you adjust the straps to where you need them. I forgot to adjust them and wore this for an hour until I finally thought "Ouch! These things are digging into my shoulders." After adjusting them - problem solved.

I was surprised how much I liked this. I'm about a 14/16, (180ish pounds) with trouble in my tummy area. This is completely invisible under your clothes and stays put, which I really appreciated. The straps are adjustable as well. It's not gonna make you look like a size 2, obviously but it smoothed me out and made me look "slimmer". It didn't completely smooth my back but it did help a lot and overall it looked way better than not wearing it. I was able to get into a size 12 dress wearing this. The only down side is that it's gonna get uncomfortable after a few hours. My ribs were a little sore from all the squeezing, but it stays tight throughout the night. Just thought I'd mention this as well, my wonderful boyfriend accidentally threw it in the wash with other clothes, AND dried it.. I for sure thought it was ruined but to my shock it wasn't and I've worn it a few more times since so it can survive a wash and dry if it makes its way in there somehow. Pretty great product for the price! I would suggest it to my friends and will repurchase if mine wears out.

I bought this garment due to being 11 weeks postop for body lift and trying so many different faja garments and women’s compression garments to help with the swelling. I’ve spent probably $500 on different Dana’s and compression garments over the past three months after surgery and this provides better compression than the surgical grade marina garment that is recommended from my doctor. I bought the same brand in the past when I was 150lbs Overweight, just a different style than this one and it really snatched me in and was comfortable enough to wear all day at work as a nurse. The only thing I wish was the crotch did not snap because I’ve noticed over the past three months constantly having to wear these compression garments that the crotch area tends to rip within 1 to 2 months so I keep having to replace them and some do start to lose their stretch, but this brand seems to keep the shape and continue to suck you in the same!!! I figured I would try to give this compression garment A tryy due to the good price, I had a really good experience in the past with this brand of compression garment, and I did not have to spend another hundred dollars on the medical grade compression garment faja for it to rip again, this crotch area does seem more reinforced then the other garments I have purchased from the other companies!!!

Great for shorter waisted people

I wanted to smooth my midsection and solve the muffin top problem when wearing my jeans. Mission accomplished! For work, I'm standing, but it's even comfortable when sitting. I'm 160 lbs., 5'3", so got the XL. The fit is perfect. The crotch closure is workable. No wedgies. The stitching and material are very good quality. If you are normal or long waisted this will not work for you as the straps will not have enough adjustment room for you. I'm a bit short waisted and the straps are at their max length. I am buying another one!

Odd fit, new design woes!

The new design is awful. The sizing is different from the older design. When I ordered another and sized up, it is still a very odd fit. The straps are thin and dig in, and the torso section is now far too short. I was a consistent user of their previous (wide strap) design, but I will now be searching for a better body suit.

Works Very well
Let's start out with a little back ground info. I'm a woman in my mid 20's. I'm 5'4 and 156 lbs. I am very curvy and I've got a belly. I have never been pregnant. I was looking for a shapewear like this, that supports the entire torso and I like the straps because it prevents the garment from riding down. I'm usually a size M-L, and after reading other reviews, I bought a medium. The medium fits well and does the job of holding everything in, and smoothing out all my "bumps". It is a bit tricky to get on, so be careful when using a lot of force, as you can rip the garment (happened to me previously with another shape wear). The only thing that needs improvement is the straps. After wearing them for about 2 hours, they started to dig into my skin, right where my boobs meet my under arms... (I am a little busty too haha). Over all... I wore the flexee all day at work, roughly 12 hours from the time I put it on at 7 am to the time I took it off at 7 pm and I wasn't too uncomfortable (the discomfort came only from the straps). I do like the snaps at the bottom crotch area, just don't wait until it's an emergency to use the bathroom as it does take a minute or so to unfasten. I'm very happy with it and I would definitely recommend to others
