I recently ordered a Vedette body shaper that is similar in appearance to this... and let me just say I regret that purchase entirely. Feeling sort of wary of purchasing a body shaper online, I finally decided to just bite the bullet and TRY this one... why not, right? Let me just say... I will never purchase another brand of body shapers again. This is perfect... and I mean PERFECT. The design is amazing, it flattens and shapes while still being comfortable. I have been progressively losing weight, and I bought this shaper in the hopes of making everything appear taut while I am working to make it that way. This does the job and then some. If you are in between on which body shaper to get... I fully recommend this one. One thing I will say is to refer to their size chart. I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly, although it may seem a little tough to get on the first time. It's actually very simple to get on and comfortable to wear. There are three hooks at the crotch area which need to be undone (obviously) when using the restroom. I didn't find those too difficult, but be warned about them if you have a weak bladder... you may need to take some precautions. The hooks work like a typical bra hook would. Also, if you plan on wearing this shaper for a full day make sure you adjust the straps to where you need them. I forgot to adjust them and wore this for an hour until I finally thought "Ouch! These things are digging into my shoulders." After adjusting them - problem solved. ... show more

I have worn spanx in the past, in my opinion too much money for a so-so product. I needed something to wear under my clothes since I am not as small as I used to be. This product is really good. Very comfortable, love the fact that there are shoulder straps that hold it up (have had the high briefs from spanx and they roll and slide down, very noticiable and uncomfortable) and the really like that you can wear your own bra. Dont expect to look two sizes smaller, but this does hold you together and smooths everything out so there are no unsightly rolls or bulges. Makes clothes look better. Also feels good to have a little core support all day long. Learning the snaps at the crotch can be a challenge but once you get the hang of it you are good. I ordered this in black as well. I would definitely recomend this product if you want a smoother,cleaner look. ... show more

I wear a 10 in clothing but have a tummy. I bought 2 sizes--medium and large. I'm keeping them both. The Medium fits very snugly, takes a bit to wiggle into, but holds me in a lot and is not uncomfortable once it's on. The Large is perhaps a little less slimming but not quite so snug. On both, I had to let the adjustable straps out to the widest amount, otherwise the straps were too tight. I have yet to test these out in an hours-long situation, but I think they will both do the job without being constricting. I love the fact that you can wear your own bra with them. And because they have a high waist, they definitely work better than just slimming panties which create a roll above your waist that defeats the purpose--yes, your tummy get flatter but there's another unsightly bulge above it! I bought these based on other reviews. I do not think they guided me wrong. They are flexible but slimming at the same time. Doesn't feel like you're wearing a corset! ... show more

The new design is awful. The sizing is different from the older design. When I ordered another and sized up, it is still a very odd fit. The straps are thin and dig in, and the torso section is now far too short. I was a consistent user of their previous (wide strap) design, but I will now be searching for a better body suit. ... show more

Let's start out with a little back ground info. I'm a woman in my mid 20's. I'm 5'4 and 156 lbs. I am very curvy and I've got a belly. I have never been pregnant. I was looking for a shapewear like this, that supports the entire torso and I like the straps because it prevents the garment from riding down. I'm usually a size M-L, and after reading other reviews, I bought a medium. The medium fits well and does the job of holding everything in, and smoothing out all my "bumps". It is a bit tricky to get on, so be careful when using a lot of force, as you can rip the garment (happened to me previously with another shape wear). The only thing that needs improvement is the straps. After wearing them for about 2 hours, they started to dig into my skin, right where my boobs meet my under arms... (I am a little busty too haha). Over all... I wore the flexee all day at work, roughly 12 hours from the time I put it on at 7 am to the time I took it off at 7 pm and I wasn't too uncomfortable (the discomfort came only from the straps). I do like the snaps at the bottom crotch area, just don't wait until it's an emergency to use the bathroom as it does take a minute or so to unfasten. I'm very happy with it and I would definitely recommend to others ... show more
