The display gives the impression that this charger may have some settings that are more advanced than what the factory Tesla charger offers, but I'm not here for that. I want something that plugs in to the wall, plugs into the car, and starts charging with no fuss, and fortunately this charger does manage to do that. I don't want to configure apps or adjust settings, I just want to plug in and go, and this charger meets that expectation. The cable is longer and heavier than the factory Tesla charger, which is another plus. However, because it doesn't conform to the same dimensions as the tesla charger, I find it is quite snug going into the Tesla charging port, and it also won't mount into my charging cable storage hook at all. Overall I think I would probably pay the extra $70 for the real thing from Tesla, but when this thing goes on sale, I imagine it might be quite a good deal.

The Youwoauto 32 Amp Level 2 EV Charger is an ok design. The metal housing is pretty heavy and it takes up a lot of space for something that says it is meant as a mobile charger. The wiring leading to the NEMA 14-50 plug is actually not thick enough for the 32 amp current that is going to be flowing through it so it tends to overheat! The charger has a really nice large Tesla NACS connection on it and interestingly the cable thickness leading to the handle is significantly larger than the inlet wiring to the charger. The same level thickness should have been included on the inlet wiring. The user interface is ok. I like that they leave as much information as they do about kw’s time, temperature and amps. I don’t really find this design to be very portable and it had difficulty sustaining the max rate of 32 amps with the unit getting hot from running.

If you own a Tesla, you know how valuable an at-home charger is. I was skeptical about this one since it's not Tesla brand, but it was easy to install and has worked perfectly to charge our 2023 Model S. Please read the instructions, though, as it's not so cut-and-dry. There are plenty of settings to choose from and speeds.

Dependable charger and the construction is very durable but you have to pay attention to the housing. Heat protection and very easy to install. Easy to set up and has a carry bag that makes it easy to put away until the next charge. Great for the price.

After 2 months it was working good. Now every time I charge my model y it comes up with power leak and quits charging. Once you unplug it and plug back in you are good for another hour until it does it again.

Boosted with a NEMA 14-50 plug on the wall side and standard NACS charger on the car side for all Tesla, I'm now able to change my Model X faster than public ChargePoint Level 2 chargers. Very easy of setup and usage. Simply plug and play. Performance wise, I'm able to get about 28-30 miles per hour at its maximum current setting, and also able to delay the start time from the touch panel to further save charging cost. Not the cheapest out there but cheaper than the Tesla OEM mobile charger. It also comes with a free holder that fits very well with the charger, it can be installed on the for easier access. Overall, it is a very solid and robust home fast charger for Tesla owners. 5 star.
