This has been a great way to get into journaling for me. I’ve tried in the past and often felt overwhelmed by the amount that was expected of me each day. Some days there’s just not a whole lot to talk about. The weekly breakdown encourages small writing and only provides room for about four or five sentences each day and a weekly reflective roundup on the alternate page. I love my Leuchtturm1917 books. I buy them every year and save them. I've done notebooks and BUJOs, but this was the first time I purchased a "weekly planner and notebook." Yes, it's a weekly planner, but there are no additional pages after December 31st for notes. It's a planner, period. It's very thin compared to other Leuchtturm1917 A5 products. I kept this to use as a planner, but I had to buy a separate notebook for the year -- a rather expensive error. It does have the usual Leuchtturm1917 quality. But why 2 ribbon bookmarks? Do I bookmark a future date? A Past one? The product seems to lack common sense in some ways and really does need to be improved. This will be the last time I purchase this variation. ... show more

I bought this has a replacement to my Muji Weekly Planner that I've been buying every year since 2011. This year, they sold out so I was looking and researching for the next best planner. Oddly, a good planner is hard to find, most are lazily design and just use existing templates from other weekly planners. This one is different, I purchased it on Amazon, never saw one in person, and to my surprise - it is a excellent replacement to my beloved Muji Weekly Planner and just overall a well-designed weekly planner.
