I was initially excited about this ottoman because it's undeniably cute and fits well with our decor. However, after using it, we quickly realized that the padding on top is far too thin. Resting my feet on it became uncomfortable, as there's just not enough cushioning. What really frustrated me was the return policy. I was shocked to learn that I would be charged a 35% restocking fee, along with return shipping costs. This meant I would have lost over half of what I paid for the ottoman if I sent it back. We decided to keep it solely due to the seller’s greedy return policy, which felt unfair and unreasonable. Overall, while the ottoman looks nice, the lack of padding and the excessive return fees made this purchase a disappointment. If I had seen and touched this piece in-store, I wouldn't have bought it. Be cautious if you’re considering this product. Update: Cathy’s Shop proactively reached out to me before reading this review and offered a $40 credit. I accepted the offer and kept the ottoman. It is cute, but for an $80 footrest, there just isn’t enough padding to make it comfy. I’ll use it as a table.

I ordered this in the emerald green teddy fabric for a nursery and it was perfect. The color is exactly as pictured, deep and rich and the fabric is soft and plush. I've gotten several compliments on it and love that it can double as a stool if/when my girl has a little desk or vanity one day.

This ottoman was the perfect addition to our bedroom. I actually ended up buying 2 more because I loved it so much! I put 2 at the foot of the bed instead of a bench and I put one as an accessory in a sitting area. I got the dark green color and it really elevates the space.

Gorgeous construction! Sturdy, firm build yet JUST the right memory foam-like seating FEEL. Great workable colors I got the PINK & ORANGE & Forest GREEN. Seller Aunt Cathy was extrordinary & replaced the Green one that the Delivery Van left in the Rain by the letterbox in two days. What great item these are about 18 inches high & easily used at a dining table. Used these to modernize a clients entryway & the green one as extra seating for my Thanksgiving this year- see it next to my dining chair! You can sit on the 'S' part or the flat velvet part!
