So I bought this posture corrector almost a week ago and have been using it everyday since it arrived, ignoring the advice to use it initially for 20 minutes and gradually increasing the time. It was really helpful with my back pain. Due to bad posture and working seated for over 8 hours a day i tend to develop muscle knots close to my shoulder blades, although the product does not help to “untie” the knots, it helps a lot to prevent new ones and relieves the pain of those that are still there. I recently purchased the Leramed posture corrector and I have to say I'm impressed. After years of slouching in front of a computer, my posture has suffered and I've been experiencing some pain and discomfort in my back and shoulders. I've tried other posture correctors before, but they were either too uncomfortable to wear or didn't provide enough support. The Leramed posture corrector is different. So I bought this one and the second highest rated one that was a dollar less. I accidentally tried the other one on first. I guess it seemed alright, I have never worn one before. But then I tried this one. The difference was really huge. I feel like there is a little person gently pushing their knee between my shoulder blades and pulling on my shoulders. I am 60 and slouching a little, and I wish I had this decades ago. I can not imagine that this item will not change people’s lives. I truly do not think I have ever been so surprised at how much bang for the buck I have had with this purchase. I am considering buying a second one. I was not actually expecting too much with this item. I slouch and have various back issues as a result. My wife suggested that I take a look at these brace support units. I read everything I could on them and after a few days seeing the cost to be reasonable and not going to be out $$ I ordered this one from LERAMED. This is for sure easy to adjust and put on once the straps are set to your size. You can slip it off on without undoing the fit. This is really good. Although not everyone may be able to do it that way though. Overall, I feel more upright after a few days. I do my walking with it for exercise. I’m even thinking it is a good brace to practice hitting golf balls and keeping ones shoulders more aligned. Well worth the price. ... show more

If you work an office job and have back pain you 100% need to try one of these. If you you back is hurting and your shoulders are rollin forward even a little, you need to try one of these. I suffered for 8 years. Physical therapy, excercises, back rolling wheel, massage, chiropractor, doctor's visits, x-rays, $1000 chairs, girlfriend walking on my back, painkillers.... Then I once read about how slouching forward stretches your back muscles and tightens your chest muscles and cartilage and thought maybe this was part of my issue. I bought this and within 4 days my back pain was gone....100% gone...8 years I suffered. Now I'm 17 days in and my life is so so so much better. It’s interesting that I had this problem while being a martial artist...I got my black belt while living with this pain..I was in good shape, strong, training my back...I was told I had back muscle atrophy from sitting at work by a sports physical therapist and did of physical therapy with chiropractics and shock therapy for year..... It helped a little bit but it didn't solve the problem. If you have back pain... Check your posture. Shoulders back, chest out, chin up. If you look or feel much different after doing that... Your posture could be your problem... Give one of these a shot.. They aren't super comfortable but it's worth it and you quickly get used to it. I wear mine 50% of the day or more and it's 100% worth it. My chest cracked and pooped for the first week because the cartilage needed to stretch to normal position but now it's getting stronger every day.. Don't delay, try this.. No doctor will ever say... Your posture is the problem... Even my famous sports physical therapist didn’t notice or even suggest it... Sad but true.... If you have back pain... Try one of these... It might change your life. It did mine. I have my physical freedom back... Amazing... ... show more
