Review is on performance and ease of installation only because its only been installed for a few days. BUT, this is absolutely the best product for the price that I have found. I paid about $40 from amazon in May 2026. Its extremely easy to mount with only basic tools and knowleged. The best part is the performance. Sensor is excellent and can be adjusted out to 60ft. The illumination covers our 3 car parking lot and part of the yard out to about 80ft of decent light. If this light only lasts a year or two it is worth it, hopefully it will go further. Note: Be sure to get a small tube of silicone sealeant and caulk the perimeter of the base of the light. ... show more

Works great.. It seems durable and made well, it has 3 separate light panels that swivel to be pointed where you need them along with the single motion detetector at the bottom that swivels as well, made with long lasting LED's that shine very bright, lighting up a vast area. Very nice security motion sensor light.. As an experienced electrician, it took me approx. an hour to install this replacement light. The tools needed were a ladder, flat head & phillips head screw drivers, pliers, wire stripper, electrical tape and a voltage detectior (an inexpensive tool used to confirm "All Pwr is Turned Off" to the device your installing), everything else needed to install the item is supplied in the box. If it's a replacement light, as mine was, it is not to difficult to replace and install for someone with electrical experience or a for licensed electrician, as this device is "Hard Wired" - Not a Solar/Battery Powered? Therefore It can be installed by an experienced home owner that is either a licensed electrician or has some kind of past 110V electrical experience with home electrical pwr. and wiring 110V electrical devices etc. Otherwise you'll need a licensed E1 or E2 electrician to install it for you. ... show more

Puts out a LOT of light, detector works well. The ball sockets used for aiming the detector and panels could benefit from having a mechanism to tighten them more, as they are easily bumped or even blown out of aim.

Let there be light! I don’t ever review the stuff I buy on Amazon but this light is an exception. This light was a 2 min install and it rocks! It is so bright the aliens orbiting earth can see what’s going on in my back yard!

Worked great for 1.5 years. Started getting erratic so I got the ladder out. Sure enough like others have reported the sensor is full of water. Contacted customer service and the interaction was quick and easy. They are sending me a replacement light. Very happy with their support. I caulked with silicone around sensor lens and around where sensor front/back half mate, hopefully this keeps the water out on the replacement. ... show more

    • Attractive, Convenient Lighting Solution with No Problems

I've had this Lepower security light installed outdoors for the last 14 months. I got the white version and it is discreet and stylish, looks clean in terms of its design, and coordinates beautifully with my house's true white trim. Though it is mounted in extremely harsh southern exposure sun, neither it's white exterior nor the lenses of its bulbs have yellowed one bit, and over a year later, it still looks brand new. It reliably comes on thanks to its motion sensor and it lights the entire area with a clean white light. Because this was not a brand I had ever heard of, I was hesitant to buy it, and unsure of how it would perform or how long it would last. However, it has been excellent thus far and well worth the price. It's such a convenience to have my path automatically lighted the second I step outside or whenever I approach my back door, and not turn off till I'm safely inside. Between the directional adjustability of the bulbs themselves, and the time the light can be made to stay on, it is very customizeable. Great bang for your buck. I would absolutely buy this again.
