VERY easy to assemble. The seat portion is my favorite part. The portion where you rest your back is shorter than the portion you rest your butt. And that's perfect for me. Since my bar is right in between my living room and kitchen, I didn't want anything that would obstruct the visual flow between rooms. Sitting in them is quite comfy. Not crazy about the shaft, leg rest and base as they are all chrome. A little bit it reminds me of the chairs at a beauty parlor. Kinda wish that the manufacturer found a way to make the chrome in a black finish to give more of a visual streamline effect. They are adjustable and have a good range of adjustment levels. One of the gas pumps in my set of 4 is slightly defective. When I set the height to my liking, it tends to lower itself a little bit when I put my weight on it. The chairs will not be getting heavy usage, but seem sturdy enough if I did use them more often, so overall, I'm happy enough with the purchase. In my opinion, I think that if you want super sturdy bar stools, you won't find it easily at a discount price. ... show more

Cherish were high quality, exactly the color and size shape of the picture easy to install, except be careful once you have installed them, you cannot uninstall them the suction is very hard to undo. So get it right the first time the only thing that can be undone is the seat because it has screws aside from that. I love my chairs! ... show more
