The media could not be loaded. I am very disappointed in the customer service for this product. I've only had this chair for one month and it has major issues with sturdiness. As you can see in my video, it is rendered useless, as it is very wobbly and poorly made. There is no way to tighten it to make it more sturdy. I contacted customer service with a video to show my issue and they are requesting that I pay to send the damaged item back to them in order to receive a refund. It will cost me more than the item is worth to send it back. I'm very disappointed, as I have never received such poor customer service from an Amazon seller before. Definitely don't recommend this product or anything else from this seller.

For the price these are excellent quality. I almost didn’t order because of some bad reviews. Took less than 5 minutes to assemble, hydraulic mechanism works as expected, and they’re comfortable. The base is sturdy for normal seating. All counter/bar stools with this type of base are susceptible to tipping if you’re doing more than sitting in them. The only other option is a heavy iron base with a wider footprint. You won’t find that at this price point. You get what you pay for and the quality surpasses the price.

So far, I'm okay with keeping this set because the quality matches the price point, but I can tell they won't hold up for years on end. The base is much lighter than I would like it to be. I was hoping it was heavy enough to take a bit of might to move it, but it's hollow underneath, and most of the "metal" is actually plastic. So even if you use these on carpet, they'll scoot around a little when you wiggle from time to time. The seats themselves seem to be decent quality as long as you're not roughhousing with them. However, they are made of fake leather, so I'm not expecting to hand these down years from now. As long as the seats and the shaft mechanism hold up well, I'll probably just replace the base some time in the future with a sturdier piece.

These bar stools are super cute and comfy! They arrived earlier than expected and everything that you need to put them together is in the box. I’m not someone that is good with figuring out how to put stuff like this together but the instructions are super easy and there’s not a lot of pieces.

Please be aware that you need to raise and lower the air rod a few times before they stay at the height. I sat in one and it kept sinking. After building the pressure up they stayed where I wanted. I ordered 2 sets and I'm happy, they look great. Only one is wobbling but not horrible it's an extra.

They were very easy to put together. 15 minutes for both. The hardest part was unwrapping all the parts. They were super padded and secure. I have only had them a week, so I am unsure about their durability. They are sold and very comfortable.
