The adapter is a bit tricky to get secured in to the cameras body. Once it is in, the ability to use EF and Efs lens is flawless. I use a Canon RP and I'm saving hundreds by being able to use older Canon lenses.

The adapter works fine with Canon EF and EFS lenses adapting to Canon R7 body. The tripod mount shoe is helpful for balancing telephoto lenses amounted on a tripod.

The adapter seemed strong and well built. However, after working initially, the camera (Canon r50) started giving me error messages and refused to work with the adapter. So, I had to return it.
