I am very pleased with this dress. I’ve been hesitant to buy clothing online and not be able to try it on first. However, I have been pleased with all the dresses I’ve bought from Amazon. This dress fits true to size and flatters my figure. It can apparently be hand washed or washed in the washing machine. I first reviewed this product as a win. Out of the package great fit, flattering cut, nice arm length, v neck was just the right plunge- I was delighted. I removed the tags, gave it an iron and wore it out. While wearing, I dripped a little sauce on the skirt. Immediately, upon my return home I hand washed the garment with mild detergent applied only to the small sauce spot on the skirt and air dried it on a hanger. I was happy to see the fabric released the potential stain with no residue. And then... I put the dress back on to find it shrunk something terrible. Not just a little bit, OH NO, at least an inch or two!! DISAPPOINTING to say the least. One wear for under 3 hours is all I got out of this dress. ABSOLUTE FAIL. Save your cash friends this one is a wear once only.

I originally ordered up a size based on other reviews. When I received the dress and tried it on I felt like I made a mistake and that the dress was too big. IT DOES SHRINK! After washing and drying it fits perfect!
