This laptop I bought began to malfunction a month after I bought it. I had to restart the laptop frequently while it was operating since the cursor was disappearing. I returned the laptop and had to go through a lengthy process before getting a refund that was $100 US less. When I question why, given that there was a manufacturer's defeat, I did not receive my complete refund. The provider claimed to have received the goods damaged, which was the cause. Keeping in mind that I returned the shipment with the original contents that I had received and that no proof of receiving the laptop was produced. I would suggest against purchasing this laptop because I purchased the same laptop from a different vendor, and it stopped charging after a month. ... show more

Good value for the price Great battery life Solid build quality Large easy to use folding screen HOWEVER: Cannot get keyboard to illuminate. One of the main reasons for choosing this laptop. Heavier than most other laptops, can be ungainly. Screen acuity is adequate. Not fantastic. Speed is ok.

Mouse touchpad(mouse) randomly stops working. You can throne through a long process to get it back working but in two days it’ll be not working again.
