So I bought this because it seemed like a good deal, but it seems like a batch of people received towers which either had windows 11 installed negligently or the parts were assembled negligently. Based on a few reviews it seems like this company is sending defective hardware, software or both in an effort to receive a 'RE-STOCKING' fee. I will say one thing: I will respond to this comment if I am treated fairly and my defective merchandise is returned for a full refund , but if it is not it will become apparent that my suspicions are correct, and I will seek litigation over this.     • Do this before you install anything!
I like many of the reviews I’ve seen on here about the Lenovo Desktops had the computer freeze quite a bit out of the box and also a blue screen now and then, as well as very long boot times. So looking into it, the first thing that needs to be done if you have long boot times out of the box is hitting ESC until you get the boot screen. Go in and change the boot to your SSD instead of whatever they left it on, this boots the computer up right away. Second, go to settings, go to recovery, reset pc and removed everything and reinstall Windows completely. Whatever they’re doing when they install Windows for the first time on this system is corrupted somehow. I haven’t had a problem with it freezing since (knock on wood). Otherwise, this computer was everything I was hoping it would be. I do plan on building my own monster PC one of these days (when I have the time and cash to blow), but this is more than just a great starter PC since I got the 64GB of RAM and 2TB SSD. ... show more

    • Disconnects from monitor often
The pc runs well in most aspects I bought a brand new monitor that is compatible and yet it won't connect to a monitor for longer than 5 minutes. The first couple days was fine but now it keeps disconnecting. I have to keep long pressing the power button and rebooting to get anything to show up and then I only play for 5 minutes. Missing hard drives … blue screen by 3rd day. Sent back for repair and came back in pieces still not working. Said I would get full refund but forgot to mention restocking fee. Never again.
