Beautiful couch, easy to build, very roomy. Not too soft or too hard. The only problem I had was the cushions which needed additional stuffing. A decent regular couch. I think we should get 5 years out of it, for $1000, cannot complain.

The instructions were subpar. The couch came in for large boxes and you have to put the pieces together and dress the cushions. I did have some trouble with dressing the cushions, some parts did not reach the Velcro area all the way, which is an eyesore. Overall, the couch is very comfortable. Customer service is a bit confusing when I emailed them to ask if I could order additional cushion covers. My question is still not fully answered so not sure if you can order replacement cushion covers. I would’ve liked the option to get different color than the black one that I ordered. ... show more

I wanted to return the couch but then I’d be out a lot of money in shipping to do so. I got the beige which is lighter in person compared to the listing pics and will probably get dirty quickly since some of the covers really aren’t meant to be removed- they are just held down by velcro strips which is a bit of a pain to work with. This couch is a huge letdown, and I honestly can't recommend it to anyone. The design is deceiving because it looks much nicer in the pictures, but once you get it, it feels cheap and poorly made. The biggest issue is the cushion covers—they don't fit right at all. Either they’re too big and loose, which makes the couch look sloppy, or they’re too small and don't stay in place. Putting it together was a frustrating experience because of this, and I just couldn’t get it to look right. I really regret buying this couch and wish I’d gone with a better option. ... show more

It’s so perfect for the space we wanted to fill. Looks exactly like pictured online. Also it was so easy to assemble. I did it all by myself in a short timeframe. Love that the covers are removable and can be thrown in the wash.

We love this couch! It was shipped sooner than stated in the tracking. We were expecting large boxes but they were flat ish, the modules expand once you unpack them. It was very easy to put together. One of the zippers on the ottoman were damaged, contacted the seller and they replaced within a day! We ordered the L shape with an extra ottoman to make a U shape.
