Read a lot of reviews stating not back lit keyboard, no fingerprint reader, cheap build, and poor graphics. Mine came with none of these issues. Started right up, went thru setup without a hitch, and works great. Casts the screen to my TV so I can sit on the couch and work without trying to use the screen on the device, and can fold it and use the keyboard side on my lap. Exactly what I wanted with the exception that I prefer to have a keyboard with side # keys, but I think I can order a USB style # keyboard to accommodate the lack of such. Glad I ordered it now. I almost didn't based on the reviews.

I purchased the Lenovo Flex 5i 14" FHD Touchscreen 2-in-1 laptop for my middle schooler。 I opted for the Intel Core processors running on Windows OS over a Chromebook due to their superior longevity, performance, and features. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

I love this lap top. I love that it is 2 in 1. If I am looking at a map I can use touch screen to zoom in. I like the quality of the screen while watching shows. I like the keyboard, it is quiet and easy to type. I don't like that every time I switch between capital and small letter, something shows up on the screen to let me know that and lasts for while. I don't like that I have to have the brightness at maximum level in order to watch stuff. I don't like the battery life, if I am watching a show with maximum brightness then the battery life goes down way faster. But in general I notice it going down faster that my previous apple lap top. I know unfair comparison but this lap top is really great.

I’ve had this laptop for the last month it’s really fast. It has a long battery life. The brightness of it is really good I love that it’s a touchscreen laptop is perfect. I would say I got the laptop for a steal it should cost like $1000 but I only got it for like $300.

This laptop is really great for the price but is missing some features. For instance, it comes out of the box in “S mode”, where you can’t download or run any apps outside of the Microsoft store. This laptop comes with a lot of bloat ware as well. Finally, some features, such as the ability to add work/school Microsoft accounts and the ability to automatically change time zones in the clock are malfunctional. For this reason, I returned this laptop for a different Lenovo Laptop.

Exactly what I was looking for. Runs the Windows 11 S (security) which makes me feel a little safer but take note you may not be able to download and use any apps that are not a preferred MS Windows app. Like I wanted to download "Firefox browser" cause I really like Firefox but it you want to download it you will have to switch from security mode and you can't go back once you do. So I decided I want the safety and am just sticking with Edge browser. Which is OK but I prefer firefox. I do not want to exit the security mode. It's not the bigger screen but that is what I wanted and knew what I was getting Other that it runs really smooth. The volume could go a little louder, but not a deal breaker. There is a flaw with the bluetooth. On my sony headphones they worked at first, then something happened and now there is no sound through the HPs even though they are connected. I also use some sennheiser headphones (Momentum 4s) and I haven't had an issue with those. So I use those all the time.
