Why did you pick this product vs others?: Easy to use but the pressure is non existing I can get a better stronger stream with a hand sprayer. Waste of money !!

Worked well but now both batteries do not charge and there is no way to contact for support so unfortunately the whole thing is not usable. Only lasted a few months.

This is a really nice set with a few things you need to know. If you want it for what it is, you're really going to love it. If you think it's something else you might be disappointed. This is NOT a replacement for a high powered gas power washer. That's a completely different animal. That thing will strip paint off a fence. This is not that. It's less powerful but for a lot of applications, this is the one you want. This does NOT connect to your garden hose like that machine does. You use a bucket or a tank of water and dunk the intake into it. This is a FEATURE not a bug. Because you have a battery powered wand and can bring a bucket, you can get to places you can't easily reach with a hose. Behind a garage. In a basement. What about down at your boat dock?? Just toss the intake in the lake and spray off your boat and gear. There are two batteries so you can charge one and use the other. I also like that they have the battery level in LEDs so you can see how much charge is on them. That's a nice feature. They don't match any of my other tool batteries like Milwaukee or Dewalt, so - don't lose the charger. I also like that they six different tips on the wand are built in with the dial. So you don't have to carry them around or lose them. That's a nice feature. All in all, this is a nice convenient tool for the price. The portability is the main feature here. And it works well for what it is.

UPDATE: THE SELLER NEVER SENT ME A REPLACEMENT CHARGER AND WAITED CLOSE TO THE EXPIRATION TIME TO CONTACT ME. I REPLIED TO THE EMAIL THEY INDICATED THAT THEY WILL CHECK INTO THAT, THEY NEVER GOT BACK WITH ME AND NOW I CAN'T RETURN THIS JUNK AND NOW IT LEAKS AND THE PRESSURE IS OFF AND ON BUYERS BEWARE 0F THIS SELLER AND AMAZON SHOUND BE A SHAME OF THEM SELF FOR LETTING THIS SELLER SALE ANY THING ON THERE SITE. Old: The cordless pressure washer works pretty darn good and I highly recommend but there's an issue I hope the seller can resolve. The battery charger is defective and will not charge, no lights on the charger will not come on. I used a charger from another item that works but I need the charger for the pressure washer to work. I do not want to return the cordless pressure washer I just like for the seller to send out a replacement battery charger, I will then change my review.

The media could not be loaded. Well made machine that is easy to use to help clean your home and car. Comes with a spare battery giving you enough power to get anyjob done! I love that it’s cordless which gives you the freedom to move around and get to all the sides. It also doesn’t require that you are attached to a spigot, you can use a bucket of water and carry where you need to get to. Has great power to get the dirt off and out of crevices. Well made machine that works well for so many functions!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is complete junk, which would explain why it costs $40 less today than when I bought it March 14. I just opened it today, followed instructions and could not get sufficient pressure in the water delivery and the battery quickly went to zero. When I attempted to charge the battery only to discover the charger doesn’t work so I don’t recommend it. It’s pure junk. I wasted my time and my money. NOTHING about this works.
