Great tent. It is very sturdy as a result it is quite heavy. One person can set it up but two makes the job much easier. The canopy is waterproof and thicker than any canopy I have ever owned. Our pop up was setup the night before the party and it rained most of the night. No water came through. I have had other pop up tents and they are always just rain resistant. The stakes are pretty wimpy so you will want to buy better stakes to properly anchor the tent. As with all canopies, You must properly anchor it or a breeze will lift the tent.     • Great Quality Just doesn't fit my 10x20 Tent SOOOOO SAD!!
BUYER BEWARE- if it's for ANY tent other than from the original manufacturer it might not fit! If it's hard for you to open the tent it's too small! Send it back before the return window expires! I didn't think the top that came with my tents was heavy enough to withstand rain and it also didn't have velcro to attach walls. I THOUGHT this replacement had velcro- it didn't so another $60 to buy velcro to add. I THOUGHT it was just because I was weak that I couldn't raise the canopy with this top installed. After working a show where even my 6'2" husband had a hard time raising the canopy we realized it was because the top is just not big enough. Tried cutting it to give it some room- nope. So I went back to the top that came with my tents and guess what- added velcro and worked a show last weekend where it rained and it was fine. AND I can open my 10x20 tent all by myself. I'm 5'3 and 57 yrs old. It's easy when it fits correctly. So I'm giving it 4 stars because it's not their fault I'm a dumba** who didn't test it first. This canopy is not 10x20ft as advertised. It does not fit a straight leg 10x20ft frame. Such a waste of time and effort. Needed this field a party now I am left scrambling around looking for cover.

We set this up for snacks and drinks for between a wedding and the reception and it worked wonderfully. Easy to setup and the sides could be used down or pulled back and it looked nice either way.

    • Excellent tent and customer service
We bought this tent during COVID-19 for an outside pre-wedding event. Unfortunately one of the legs came damaged and it could not be extended. After communicating with the company and sending them pictures, it was clear that it could not be fixed. They sent us a new tent and ensured it arrived before the event. Excellent customer service! We have now used the tent multiple times and it is excellent. We previously had two 10x10 tents that we used for >10 years. They are great but don't have the height of this tent. Great purchase for the price. Bought this for a grad party but we have been using it over summer whenever we have cookouts. So far holding up very well. It's large and provides lots of shade. Deck and backyard faces south so we have lots of direct sunlight but this pop-up tent helps tremendously. One thing is that it takes us 3-4 people to put up easily.     • Fragile Product--Great Customer Service
Our organization purchased 7 tents back in August to use for a monthly outdoor outdoor food bank during the pandemic. We've used them maybe 5-6 times since then with no issues until recently. A very light wind took 5 of them very quickly during our setup period, and the legs were very badly bent--they were unusable. We contacted customer service with photos of the damage and they were amazing to work with. They replaced the tents in time for our next market and advised we make sure the sandbags are on them right away. We will be sure to sandbag them immediately and we're hopeful that we can continue to use them for several years. ... show more
