I received the bucket in a timely manner. Overall, the product works very well. It might even be a tad on the strong side. The data suggested pounds to use to lower. I added a little under what was suggested and my PH plummeted. I had to raise it back up a bit, so definitely recommend taking it slow and steady to avoid radical changes. Better than not doing the job well enough, but something to keep in mind. My only annoyance is the bucket lid is a real pain. It's not an easy remove, you've got to pry it loose to get anywhere. ... show more

Came in a 3 ½ gallon bucket and included a 4 oz scoop. I'm using it primarily for hardness reduction, not pH reduction, and I need way more than 4 oz at a time, so I made a bigger scoop out of an old plastic bottle. Good value if you need more than a standard 7 lb container.

Product better than I expected and more. I had bought pH reducing products from pool stores and big chain stores to superstores. But just two cups of this product in my 20k gallon pool and pH was corrected! Love this product and seller and will be a customer as long as they are in business!!!

Great price, great storage package, nice and water/air tight. Used a small amount (2lb for 11000 gallons0 and brought my ph from 7.8 to 7.0 in 1 application. Very happy,very economical.

Great product. We have well water with high TDS and increased alkalinity. This alleviates our elevated pH issues in short order.
