Over all decent electric fireplace. Historically I'm a purist and would have preferred a gas fireplace but became cost prohibitive. This unit made the project cost effective while giving a fairly genuine looking flame. A couple things I don't love, is the heater is louder than I would like. Second, the fireplace crackle sound is a little tinny so between the sound and the heater volume it's a dead give away that it's an electric fireplace. ... show more

This has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! The side view makes a big statement since you can see it from the other room. The different colors are fun but we typically leave it on the normal orange flame with red embers and it’s beautiful! It is so relaxing, we sometimes just stare at it all evening! We have an open concept main floor and the heat still fills up the room making it very comfortable. Installation was very easy. We get compliments on it constantly! I was hesitant at first because of the small amount of reviews but I am so glad I bought this fireplace. The crackling sound is my favorite part, just lower the volume on the app and it’s much more enjoyable. I ordered the 59”. Glad I ordered before it sold out.

This fireplace insert is well built. It works well and even the sound is not bad. It looks very nice in the custom fireplace I built for it. I giving it 4 stars for the one I reason. The logs do not show a burning ember effect which takes a lot away from the effect. I installed a different unit for my daughter and it has glowing embers and what a difference! I'm keeping it but I would suggest looking for a unit that actually has logs that simulate true burning logs. ... show more
