I have tried a few different pumping creams and sprays, and this is by far my favorite! I use 1-2 sprays per flange per pump session. I have used this for over a month, and I am still on the same bottle. This makes pumping way more comfortable. Another thing I like about the spray is that is helps the milk go into the bottles and not be stuck in the flanges. I tend not to use this for my wearables as I find it doesn’t make a big difference. However, it is amazing for my spectra pumps. Another thing to keep in mind is that the spray does get into the bottles and the milk. This says it is safe for babies to ingest, even with allergies, and my baby does not seem to notice a difference, but just something to keep in mind.

I use this every time I pump with my spectra. It has helped so much. Less irritation, better flow. I over produce, so I need to make sure I empty. I tend to get mastitis. This product has definitely been a great addition. Also helps save the nipples from irritation!

The product works. The only 2 complaints I have (besides the price point but a little goes a long way so it will last awhile) are that the mist gets everywhere when I spray it which is messy especially because it's oily and also that the spray is inconsistent. Sometimes it's a wide mist and other times it's a concentrated squirt which requires more than one pump and then I am usually dripping this stuff off the flange when thet happens.

My nipples were very sore so I got this to help my pumping journey . I hate how it sprays ! It doesn’t help me pumping but you could just use coconut oil to be honest . I expected more .
