I had no idea how important pumping spray! I first tried it almost 3 months postpartum and it makes a huge difference! I wish I bought it sooner. I pump about 4-6 times a day and I noticed that it helps with comfort, but most importantly it helps pull out more milk! I’ve tried using this on my pump, and directly on my chest, and both ways ends up getting the oils in my milk. It’s messy, the bottle leaked in transit, and honestly doesn’t make the pumping experience that much comfortable. I was using nipple balm before as a lubricant and decided to try this out since I saw rave reviews on tiktok. Will finish the bottle but not repurchase, especially for the price. ... show more
