Unlike the (screw on) tube nipple suckers, this set of "4" does the job. They are extremely comfortable. The "daytime" system, along with the syringes, adhere to the nipples comfortably. You're able to increase, or decrease, the amount of suction on the nipples as desired and then leave them on for as long as necessary. There is absolutely NO DISCOMFORT whatsoever. When removed the nipples remain perky and firm. Additionally the nighttime suckers, which do not require the use of the suction syringes, apply just enough suction to leave them on for hours and hours. There are no marks, just a tingly sensation in the nipples which remain firm and erect. We would strongly recommend these for anyone with inverted nipples. They work, and work extremely well.

Yes! Not pregnant or expecting, but I’ve been so embarrassed about my inverted friend my entire life. I’ve worn it about every other day for a month now, a few hours at a time. What a difference! Almost completely normal now! First few uses were a bit painful, I put antibiotic ointment on with it. Maybe it doesn’t work for everyone but I don’t think people are giving it enough time to work. Definitely worth a shot given the price. Highly recommend.

I spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out why the product wasn't working. It wouldn't produce suction in the little cups. I tried all the different pieces, testing them each individually, until I finally realized there were no openings from the little suction cups to the tubes. The hard plastic cup was fully covered with no way for suction from the syringe and tube to enter. I used hammer to drive the end of an eyeglass screwdriver through the solid plastic covering the end of the ferrule for the tube and, voila, suction! Then I discovered that using even a small amount of moisturizer on the nipple to give a better seal (and take care of my skin in the suction process) led to the moisturizer being pulled down the tube and stopped the little valve from functioning. I've learned to use only a tiny amount of moisturizer to improve the seal and still have to soak the pieces in soapy water every week or so to keep the valve working. The device now works, but poorly and inconsistently.

The cups with the syringe are very difficult to maneuver and also hurt quite a bit. The separate, individual cups are so much easier to work with & actually do a good job. My nipples are highly inverted so it's going to take a long time and overuse to know if these truly work permanently.

One of the reason I recommend this is because their isnt really any suction after you put it on so you use the suction to pull it out and leave the thing on then take out the syringe i also recommend using nipple cream so it doesnt get sored or get painful and it will help Stretch the skin i have a flat nipple so it take less time for me about two months but for inverted nipple it take longer i also recommend this product because their isnt a electrical device that you need this is better and you can have it on and nobody notice if your using padded bras i understand the struggle of not having a outie nipple because i tried to breastfeed with a flat nipple and i wasnt able to get a latch using this device i be able to get a latch for my next baby and this is an easy use you dont have to use a difficult device within seconds you can put it on and do whatever u want without having to stay still

So after getting these in the mail I tried them on right away. The night time suction cups worked perfectly, but then I tried to use the day time aspirator cups and the didn't work. I read other reviews saying that the reason it didn't work was because I needed lotion, but that wasn't the problem. On closer inspection I notice that the suction cups are actually sealed off, there is no going in or out because the hole to the syringe are closed off. Not sure if I just have a defective pair, but really disappointing nonetheless. Other than that the night time suction cups work perfectly, to bad I paid extra for this when I could have just bought the suction cups alone for cheaper. The video I posted is of me trying to show you the sealed off cups and show that they don't work. (Didn't want to talk since I just wanted to show the problem(plus I'm kinda shy)).

I have had an inverted nipple my whole life since I can remember. I even considered surgery, but the cost was not worth it IMO. I just happened to run across this device randomly online and decided to try it out. After 2 weeks I look like a normal person!! I still use it a couple of hours a day but it seems to have a long lasting effect. This package comes with 2 types of pullers. One you use a syringe to create vacuum, which is hard to use by yourself. The second puller you just put a little lube on it and squeeze it and it creates an even STRONGER VACCUUM. I experienced a slight amount of pain (slowly increase the vacuum when you use to help) that diminishes within 5-10 minutes. The only downside is if you are wearing this under a shirt that is snug instead of fairly loose it will fall off from tugging when you move around a lot. What a lifechanging product!! I feel way more confident (being a male) that I have chest that looks normal now!!
