This set offered more relief than I was really expecting. I was struggling with a combination of bad latch and rough pumping immediately after, and was considering ending my journey with how painful my nipples were. I decided to give this combination a shot after trying silverettes and a few different nipple balms. I truly believe this was the reason I was able to finally heal and start fresh. I didn’t deal with any bleeding so I can’t attest to how well this would work for that severe of an issue or how the product would feel on that type of wound. The saline was a nice cooling effect after, and the gel continued that relief. Within 3 days I noticed a difference in my comfort while pumping, putting on clothing, and was finally able to shower without constantly avoiding the water on the front of my body due to the pain. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the spray’s top. After about 3 weeks of use the top of the sprayer broke off and made the product super difficult to use. ... show more
