I used this in the early weeks of breastfeeding my second and it’s my favorite brand thus far. The saline spray provides a lot of relief and the balm was a smoother texture than other brands I tried with my first child. My only complaint is that while the balm is less messy than others, it still left some greasy stains on the inside of shirts. First time i bought this product it was amazing! Helped so much in my first few weeks of breast feeding! The Second set that I order the gel was a water consistency, even when i tried putting it in the fridge to help it the consistency was still a watery? I think something was wrong with it.

I put it on about twice a day right after I nurse, and by the time I nurse again (usually 2.5-3 hours later) my nipples are smooth again!
