Great deal for the money. You get essentially 4 bottles (just comes with caps only) and a cooler and ice pack for about the same price as purchasing the bottles on their own. Note we use Dr. Browns options rings and nipples with medela bottles so we dont need the medela rings or nipples. The cooler isn't much to look at but it works really well and is small enough to fit in my medium size diaper bag (tight fit) and large sized one. This has been awesome for being out for extended periods of time and being able to bring milk and pump as needed and keep it cool without needing a refrigerator. I will use it for lunch or baby food as my little one grows because after all a cooler is a cooler. Note that the cold pack works excellent for keeping pop cans cold due to its shape.
