Description

"What are Express Cups and why are they a game-changer for pumping moms? Traditional breast pumping can be loud, bulky, and inconvenient - especially for moms on the go or balancing work and childcare. BabyBuddha’s new Wearable Express Cups Plus change the game by combining the power of an electric breast pump with the flexibility of hands-free design. Built to work seamlessly with the BabyBuddha Double Electric Pump, these collection cups let you reclaim your time, privacy, and comfort - without compromising suction strength or milk output. How do these wearable milk collection cups work? Designed for full mobility, the Express Cups Plus tuck comfortably inside your nursing bra, allowing you to pump while walking, working, or caring for your baby. Each cup connects to the BabyBuddha motor and maintains hospital-grade suction strength, providing the powerful expression you expect from a traditional pump - but without being tethered to a plug or station. With an 8-ounce milk capacity per cup, you’ll spend less time pausing to empty and more time focusing on what matters. Are they really comfortable to wear? Absolutely. Unlike bulky, motorized wearable pumps that add noticeable weight and pressure, these lightweight collection cups are motor-free, reducing strain and improving all-day wearability. The soft-touch silicone breast shields conform gently to your skin for a pain-free, irritation-free pumping experience - even for moms with sensitive tissue or during cluster feeding periods. What makes them different from other flange systems? Beyond portability and capacity, the Express Cups Plus offer a discreet pumping solution that works under clothing without visible bulges or cords. Ideal for multitasking professionals, nighttime pumping, or simply reducing pumping fatigue, these cups integrate seamlessly into your existing BabyBuddha setup - no new pump required. Many moms share that switching to Express Cups has helped them pump more consistently, more comfortably, and with less stress. What’s included and who are these for? • A must have for busy moms
Size: Small (22-24mm)
Love this product. I just slip it in my bra and I can pump while doing stuff around the house. Its portable for also if I'm on the road. Easy to clean and set up. Great quality and actually works well to get that milk. I have no company. Glad I bought it

  • Comfortable to use
Size: Small (22-24mm)
So far I like these. They are big but They empty me out well and are comfortable. I use inserts and also use the cushions that comes with the baby Buddha pump flanges to help (I have elastic nipples and cushions help keep the nipple from being dragged all the way to end quickly). The only time I had leaking so far is when I didn’t close the cups securely but aside from that no issues. It holds 8oz which after a power pump is perfect for me. They do make noise if not put together correctly but they do have a little “( )”on the bottom of the cup to help make sure you line up the parts correctly. Most people use the spout to pour out milk but I use a pitcher to collect milk and just open the bottom of the cup and pour that way. I think it gets more milk out and less milk being stuck to the silicone cover. When using the spout you do have to make sure the silicone “lid” is on the bottom to prevent milk from collecting along the sides. It pours fine when doing it that way though. Only thing I’m not a fan of how hard it is to disconnect the diaphragm from the rest of the inner part but it’s probably good because it makes sure the suction is nice and tight like it should be. Hopefully they hold up for the price. ... show more

  • Adaptable to Spectra!
Size: Small (22-24mm)
Perfect for connecting to my blue spectra. Unfortunately the regular flanges that came with the spectra were painful and the baby buddah pump was too strong of a suction, but I loved these cups. I was able to attach the hose of the spectra to the top of the cups and it works great. 8 months exclusively pumping and still going strong. Never had an issue with leaking. Will say the duckbill valves are smaller than the ones you typically find on Amazon so just be mindful when looking for replacement parts! ... show more

  • Big disappointment
Size: Small (22-24mm)
I really wanted to like these. I love the baby Buddha when using it with my normal flanges/bottles and wanted a wearable to make it more of a portable pump. I’ve used it for two days and pumped after feedings and when my baby only ate on one side I used it to pump the side she didn’t eat and got minimal output (less than an ounce when normally I get so much more). It took me several power pumps (essentially pumping for over an hour) to get my normal amount. Normally when I pump at the time of day with the regular flanges/bottles (especially if she didn’t eat off one side) I can get 3-5 oz per side. I was worried that it was my supply taking a dip so I switched back to using my momcozy m6 and got 4oz after feeding later in the day. I was really hoping they would work but unfortunately they did not. ... show more

  • Easy to clean and store, but not fun to empty.
Size: Small (22-24mm)
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Comfortable to wear. My universal adapters fit nicely. Easy to clean. I really like the covers that come with it - makes storage easy. My only real annoyance is the hole/spout on the cups. Too slow of a pour and it runs down the side, too fast of a pour and nothing comes out. Even after a few weeks of use I don’t always get a clean pour when I’m trying to empty the cups. Everyday I have some kind of small spill. ... show more

  • Intuitive and great for in the go
Size: Small (22-24mm)
As an exclusive pumping mom, the cups make it much easier to fit in time to pump with a little one without taking away my time with him. The cups are very easy to use and insert. Three cons: 1. Cleaning is more tedious than using the flanges. I store the parts in the fridge and wash it nightly to help with the load, which helps. However when it comes to nighttime, I despise washing all the little parts. 2. Difficult with bigger breasts. My breasts are on the larger side and it feels as though the cups aren’t as efficient as pulling out milk as the flanges. I do use size 17 inserts ( purchased seperately) which has helped. My output is similar but if you are like me and value every 0.5 oz, you may want to use the flange instead. 3. Large cup: even though the cup is great and can sit in your bra, while you feed your baby, cook, or clean bottles, it is still a hefty piece. I still go in the other room when guests are over, and don’t wear it in public, but that is more of a personal preference. Pro tip, don’t bend over and pick up your child while using the cups, the milk will leak out of the pouring spout. If you need to pick up your child, squat and keep your chest upright. Overall love this and it’s great for when I want to pump and bottle feed my baby/ do house chores at the same time; however if I have time, i prefer to use the flanges. ... show more

  • Two sets in, and they just don’t last.
Size: Small (22-24mm)
I really want to like these. But I’ve purchased 2 sets in the last 3.5 months of my baby’s life. The most recent set was purchased a month ago, and even with regular maintenance and replacing the diaphragms and valves, they just don’t hold up. The first few weeks with these are always magical! I get so much output! And I was so happy to replace my first set after only 2.5 months because I loved it so much. I think the quality must be better when purchased directly from the babybuddha site because those lasted 2.5 months as opposed to less than one…? but I’m still sad. I LOVE these when they work well. But my supply keeps dropping too much to find them reliable, and I can’t keep pumping twice in a row (once with my BB and once with my spectra) to make up for what these cups aren’t doing. The first few weeks are magical. But since then, they’re disappointing. Both times. Even after replacing the replaceable parts. Super super duper sad. ... show more
