As soon as I was told to elevate my legs 4 times a day for 30 min and as much as possible at night I started doing so with a temporary elevator...which wasn't helpful. This was a wonderful purchase after having ankle surgery for a fracture. I had to keep my foot elevated almost constantly the first week. Then over is very soft and fits well over the pillow. It’s wide enough that I can comfortably lay both feet on it. I was able to sleep comfortably with my leg elevated. At times, I did have to add a pillow for extra comfort only because i found it get feel a little to firm for me, but that could have also been the nature of my injury. This made it very easy to keep ice packs under my knee to help with post-op recovery. I would recommend this product to anyone with a leg injury. For reference, I’m 5’4”

Soooo... I normally NEVER have an issue with amazon products. This will literally be my FIRST negative review in my 3 years of shopping on amazon. I am a lash artist and bought this pillow for my clients to have more comfort well I was not worried when the package arrived in a "small" box and I've bought items that were vacuum sealed in the past- but with all my other items in a couple of hours (or Instantaneously) they regain their shape... well clearly this pillow has not. Super sad as I spent money (any money spent no matter the cost is/was an investment that came from your pocket) on this.. sooo I guess be careful as you may be one of those people who get a pillow that won't reshape? Oh and btw there are ZERO instructions on what to do or how to open this item that is vacuum sealed I only know because like I mentioned I've gotten other items that were vacuum sealed from other companies. So that's also a ding in my opinion.

I have swelling in my lower legs due to arthritis and water retention. This pillow has saved my life. I put up my feet for a few hours everyday. I have been pain free since then. A few things to note. I am 5’2”. You can see it in my photo, it is most comfortable for those between 5’ and 5’3. Perhaps 5’4”. Which might be pushing it a bit. I am not too sure about memory foam part. It is soft. It came in an incredibly small box. Don’t be shocked. It’s been vacuum packed. It takes a few hours to get to its maximum size. The grey cover is velvety and soft. It’s weight keep it in its place when we shift and wriggle to get comfortable. I wish it had a loop or something to help us bring the pillow closer to the body.

OMG this was such a great find. I was experiencing sciatica issues. I am able to use this while sitting in my recliner watching TV and it is so comfy taking the pressure off. Also can use it in bed if you want. It can also be used as a wedge pillow to prop one up in bed! The cover is VERY soft. It came packaged compressed and did not take long to expand and there was no odor/smell. I would not hesitate to recommend this product or purchase again. One last thing, we live fulltime in our RV so space is at a premium and this wedge pillow is a great addition to our home on wheels!

I recently had back surgery for a herniated disc and decided to buy this pillow. I used it for several hours a day for about a week while I laid on the couch recovering. I feel like it helps me lay in a comfortable position that is conducive to healing. The pillow is sturdy, durable, soft, and not too heavy. I would definitely recommend this if you’re undergoing back surgery or need to lie down for long periods of time to recover.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to for this item. I have an inguinal hernia and lower back herniated disc. This pillow helps tremendously take the pressure off the lower back and sciatic nerve. It also takes the pressure off my hernia in my groin at the same time. I am 6'1 and this pillow is plenty big enough for me. After a few days my hernia pain went away. Way easier to fall asleep because it relieves my back pain. The price is definitely worth it! Not expensive at all considering the health benefits. Get this, you will be happy. My best purchase this year for sure.

I have been recovering from a back/hip injury for weeks and this is the single best item I’ve purchased for my recovery! I was stacking pillows before, but that wasn’t the same every time and the middle of the pillows sunk, which took away from the height and support. This elevation is perfect. The height is great, the “ramp” for my legs is a comfortable elevation, and my feet barely hang off. I’m short, only 5’2”, so I can see how most people’s feet would hang off. Even still, this is a great product for those experiencing lower back and/or hip pain. It’s easy to get comfortable, it’s soft, and it’s super affordable.
