I knew I needed to leave a review because it's so surprising to me that these only have a 3.5 overall rating. The things you need to know: - They're silicone ice molds. Ice doesn't just fall out of them after a quick twist like with plastic ice molds. This is common across all silicone ice molds I've ever used, no matter what size ice they make. - You're going to have to plan to have a couple of minutes to bend them around to get the ice out. We have a dedicated bowl we keep in the freezer to empty our ice into, and we have three of these, so the whole process from emptying to refilling and replacing takes 5-6 minutes. - You'll also have to be willing to figure out how to work with it. I struggled the first few times until my husband showed me his trick--flipping it upside down over the bowl and bending it in half, then pulling each end up while it's still bent (I think of the motion a shoeshiner would use with their cloth, only upside down, if that makes sense) several times until most of it is out, then popping the stragglers out from the bottom. These ice molds are flexible enough to work with and do the exact job they're supposed to. We love them. But if you're expecting to not put in any work at all, I'd advise purchasing a countertop pebble ice machine instead.

I should have read reviews before purchasing. So that is on me. These trays make lovely little cubes that are about the size of sonic ice. That is why I bought them so I am going to keep them. The only negative is they are really difficult to get out of the tray. I’m gonna keep working on it and try to find a good way to do it but even doing it ice cube by ice cube it doesn’t take very long. I just hope other people read the reviews and are prepared for it cause I sure wasn’t!

These trays work pretty well and take up minimal space in my freezer. They are a bit of a pain to get the cubes dislodged but I'm sure with practice I will find the right trick to it. One full tray will fill an 8 oz glass about halfway to 3/4 full so you're not going to get a lot out of it. They work okay

Serious disappointment! There is no good way to get the cubes out. You have to physically touch each cube to dig it out. Pretty gross to then have people put touched ice in their drinks. The cubes are just too small. They melt too fast as well. This item has to go back. No way is it even useable.

The media could not be loaded. These silicone ice cube trays have been really useful in our house. The flexible material makes it easy to pop the cubes out without twisting or cracking the tray. We’ve used them for regular ice as well as freezing small portions for meal prep. They feel durable and clean up easily. I included a short video so you can see how easily the cubes release.
