these are very durable. much better than the round bands i used and eventually broke. these are the real deal. i was able to use the handles and carbeners from my other bands with these, so i recommend buying some handles to make curls and some exercises easier than just holding onto the band.

I originally purchased two sets of these bands in 2022. They worked great until breaking due to usual wear and tear. I recently purchased a new set for replacements because I enjoyed the original set so much. However, this recent order yielded a frustrating experience as the set was incomplete due to missing pieces. I ordered a replacement set that was incomplete as well. I had to reschedule TWICE with a personal training client who needs them for corrective exercises due to limitations of bodyweight and weighted exercises. Overall, I appreciate the product's quality but the repeated inconvenience may compel me to look for another provider regarding this type of equipment in the future. ... show more

Haven’t used them for a full workout but look to be quality bands. Biggest issue is the missing carabiner clips. You can loop the bands around handles as an alternative which works for me.

This set is not complete. It does not come with the carabiners as shown in the pictures. You cannot make a complete set to attach the bands to the handles or the door anchor without the carabiners. The box received shows what a complete set would be, and the carabiners are not included. Do not believe the web page as it is not accurate. I will be returning this item. ... show more
