I purchased this at the end of 2017 and used it outside to light half my house. It looked great and worked well. I packed it back up in it's original box and stored it with the rest of our Christmas decorations. When I set it up a few days ago I noticed the laser would come on bright and then go dim. The motion no longer works at all. I spent a little more on this light because it's bright and I thought it would be well made.     • Two lights each have one laser that’s not working
I have to give this product 2 stars for several reasons. I bought two of these Christmas of 2018. It’s now November 2019 and on one light the red laser stopped working and on the other the green laser sometimes doesn’t work. I spent close to $200 on these and they’re already acting up one year later. I went ahead and called amazon to try to warranty these since they come with a 1 year warranty. Someone at amazon gave me a number to ledmall and nobody answered the phone. I’m giving it two starts because the lights look awesome when they work. The firefly effect in the trees looks like real random fireflies glowing in the trees. This is by far my favorite decoration to put up for Christmas. Disappointed that they didn’t make it past one season. Update: it’s now the end of November and one of the lights quit working completely. I can’t reach anybody for the warranty replacement so I’m just going to order a new one and replace it and return it. ... show more

The red LED stopped a few weeks back., right after the return window. I wont buy it again, certainly not from a company that wont seriously back their product beyond a token period.

    • Didn't Last Six Days
I bought two of these and they were delivered six days ago. I hooked them up and started using them the next day. So far, one has completely stopped working, and on the other one the red laser has stopped working. Such a disappointment. These were not cheap, more than $100 each. I am returning them for a refund and will try my luck with another brand. Just another poor example of garbage from China. ... show more

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Bright fantastic lights. This is my first LEDMALL laser light , a bit pricey at $89++ but worth it with the numerous beams and RGB colors. Had to have blue! What I didn’t like was the detached main power cord to the laser unit. A tad bit too many parts to put together and had a problem with the loose power cord to the unit. I was tired and not thinking right..Checked it again and managed to finally secure it in place. For the remote control you had to find a baby screwdriver i looked high and low for one and removed the battery seals. It is great that the remote came with batteries. It works really well and you can choose how you want the lasers lights to do its thing! I love it. ... show more

I bought my first laser RGB light about 5 years ago for my old house and they are still working fine, l just install them for my halloween decoration and the lasers don’t move and their out of focus, i dont know if it was due to shipping or they are just defective . Unfortunately l let to much time pass by to return them 😞 and now i got to buy new one and pay someone to put it down my post. I wish i could remember where i bought my lasers the last time. I though it was the same light because they look alike ... show more
