Love my new kitchen lights. They were easy to install. Had to think about it a bit how I wanted to do it. Sticks well. Has extra sticky tape included. You need to order sets based on the plug-ins you need. Each package only has one plug. I used 2 sets to light up 2 sides of my kitchen. I just ordered two more because I need a plug for both sides of my stove. I'll have plenty of light sections left if any of the ones I'm using burn out. ... show more

UPDATE (March 2023) - One power supply/AC adaptor went bad (of my 4 sets of lights), so I purchased another set, just to get a compatible replacement - The new "extension" light strips (meaning not the first strip, that has the button) look identical to the old ones, and connect and light up together - The first strip, with the button and which connects to the AC adaptor, looks different (I like the look of the older ones better) but works fine - THE NEW AC ADAPTER IS BLACK. The old ones were white, matching the strips themselves which were and still are white. It's not all bad, because the black AC adapter is much lower profile and sticks out less from the plug, BUT IT'S BLACK. It plugs into the old LED strip just fine. ORIGINAL (June 2022) These are a total win: if you're on the fence, buy them. - Nice and bright (I think in one of the questions it says 200 lumens per 20 inch light strip) - The 4000K strips are a nice white color - Installation is about as easy as it gets: peel the backing off the light strip and stick it up. It also comes with 6 or 8 little plastic clips which are also peel and stick to hold up the wire between the first light strip and the power outlet. - Multiple kits work off the same remote with no programming required (what I wanted, for three separate cabinets around the kitchen) - Comes with a few 3 inch and a few 5 inch connecting cables, so you can (1) connect light strips directly together, so no additional light between strips, or (2) connect the light strips with the cables in between to basically give you a longer total light emission length. - You CAN cut the strips, anywhere you see the three little copper pieces on the strips, to customize the total length. Two separate cabinets in my kitchen are both a little over 30 inches across: for those, I connected two light strips directly together and cut off about half of the second strip, to keep the brightness similar to my other, 8ft cabinet. We'll see how the adhesion of the tape holds up (I cleaned the cabinet before I installed the first long length of light strips, forgot about this when installing the two shorter lengths) but if I end up having to mess with that it will likely be my fault. FYI, I saw a few reviews talking about remote issues, specifically that their TV remote would mess with the lights. No issues with my LG Magic Remote (circa 2018), which is bluetooth and IR. ... show more

Satisfied with the brightness. Because I don’t know the life span of these lights yet, cannot give it the 5 stars. When received, I thought I had gotten the wrong product and created a return. Then took a little more time to examine it, realized it was what I ordered, canceled the return and installed the. Very pleased. It’s connected to a power strip that is controlled with a clicker so I don’t have to use the remote. The clicker controls these lights and the bookcase lights, so, all go on and off together. ... show more

I would not recommend this product. 1) the connections are very weak and you MUST use the little clips and hope for the best. The clips are hard to get on the connection, but the only way to keep the two connectors together. I spent a lot of time trying to figure that out. 2) The remote stopped working after 1 day. I tested the remote with the lights before putting the lights up. The dimmer part didn't work all that well, but I figured I'd just keep them at one setting. I wanted these for the TOP of my cabinets. After installing them, I set the dimmer to what I wanted, got down from the ladder and admired my handiwork. I turned the lights off with the remote, then turned them back on. The dimmer did not stay at the setting, so I had to leave it bright. When I went to turn them off, they did not turn off with the remote. I had to get my ladder, and climb back up, thinking maybe the remote wasn't reading the light part, so I moved the part up where you could see it, and it still didn't work. Back up the ladder, I aimed the remote directly at the light part and the lights did not come on. 3) I felt the plug, and it felt over-warm, which shouldn't happen on LED lights like this. I manually turned the lights off and will throw them in the garbage. I don't know if I got a bad set or if this is the way these are, but I have another brand of LED strip lights similar to these that work just fine. I bought this to go on top of my cabinets in the soffit space.Apparently, the manufacturers didn't have the imagination to think it could be and might be used this way. While I have a handy outlet atop the cabinets and an accompanying switch, you'd think this would make it easy. But no. When I turn it on, it goes into pulsating mode that is really irritating. I mean, who even would want that as an option?! I have to climb up on the counter top to change it, because the remote is too directional and the signal doesn't reach the receiver. Very inconvenient. And again - who would even want a pulsating option, let alone have it as the default setting when turned on!? I gave this 3 stars because of it's ease of installation and brightness and because I apparently used it for an unintended purpose. Otherwise, I'd have given it 1 or 2 stars because of the default setting.. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful! I added these light to my vintage Seeburg Wallbox. Perfect! So easy to peel and stick them to the inside of the box and plenty left over which I just doubled for appearance. Love them! You won’t be disappointed.
