    • Nightmarish Assembly
Beware! Assembly instructions may as well have been written in Mandarin Chinese, and the Assembly Video is no better! The only thing they got correct, is that assembling the hoop is a MINIMUM 2 person, or more task, unless Assembler #2 is from the Army Corps of Engineers. What could have been a 2 Hour project, turned into a 10 Hour task, with having to disassemble the nearly completed project not once but TWICE due to the lack of photos and the vagueness of the so-called ‘Instructions’! And, to add to the hilarity, more than twice the necessary hardware included. Have your own tools at hand, because the included wrenches aren’t worth a damn. I haven’t yet attached the LED Lights yet. That will be for another day. At the moment, I am still taking ALLEVE after spending all of yesterday twisted like a contortionist doing the basic assembly. Overall, it is a solid unit, and should provide years of fun, but in retrospect, I probably should have stuffed everything back in the shipping box and sent it back to Amazon! ... show more

Assembly instructions lack key details which for me resulted in a slow process and one piece being installed 180 degrees in reverse which was not apparent until assembly was complete. This required partial disassembly to correct, very frustrating.

Emptied delivery contents to assemble and found no hardware. Contacted customer support but I’m already irritated and anticipating a hassle trying to rectify the issue. The assembly instructions look a tad complicated even if hardware had been included so we’ll see…
