We just used these camping last weekend. They were so helpful for our boys aged 4,7 and 10. There’s several modes including a motion detect setting and red light. We have had various ones over the years but the reason I chose these was because of the lumens being so high that the brightest setting is really bright! And also these are rechargeable which is much more convenient than changing batteries, especially camping when we just bring a charging station to recharge flashlights and fans, etc. the bands are adjustable to fit your head and fit both my 4 year old and my 36 year old big headed husband. ... show more

    • Bright, Comfortable, and Great Value – Just Be Mindful of the Sensor Sensitivity

I’ve been using this LED headlamp for a couple of days now, mainly for nighttime dog walks, and I’ve been really impressed with its performance—especially at this price point. The brightness is excellent, easily the brightest headlamp I’ve used so far. Whether I’m on the sidewalk or heading into the darker areas of the dog park, it lights up the path with clarity and range. I also like that you can use both the spotlight and floodlight at the same time, which gives you a wide, well-lit field of view while still seeing into the distance. The headband is comfortable and easily adjustable—it stays in place without sliding around, even on longer walks. My only concerns are minor: The motion sensor is pretty sensitive, so it occasionally activates or turns off with an unintentional hand movement. The USB charging port is covered by a small rubber flap, and while it seems sealed, I’m a bit cautious about how waterproof it will remain with regular use. Time will tell, and I’ll update this review if any issues come up. I’ve used other headlamps in the past, and this one definitely outperforms most in terms of brightness and features—especially considering that it comes in a 2-pack. If you need a reliable, comfortable headlamp with multiple lighting modes and solid brightness for outdoor tasks or night walks, this is a great pick for the price. ... show more

Great value for the $$. The fact they are rechargeable [AND include charging cord] makes them easy to keep charged. Will be used mainly for camping, and being outdoors at night. Headband adjusts easy and is comfortable. Very bright [I'll probably use the LED the most]. These are a very nice headlamp. Includes flood, spot, and red lamps. Very bright, and continuously dimmable to get just the right brightness. Tilt adjustment to point where you want. Wave your hand in front of it to turn it on and off, very convenient. Battery life seems great so far.

I got it at a really good price and I'm really impressed by the brightness. I have only used it for an hour so judging the battery time would be tough. The band is also comfortable to wear and various modes makes it useful in different conditions.
