Product came and would not except a charge and only worked on usb connection. I contacted lumiboard customer service through email. They responded with in an hour. After exchanges on what the issue was they apologized and sent a replacement right away. We received the replacement and it works great. The kids love it. It's such a cool toy. Thank you lumiboard for your great service and Product. Will send a picture after grandson makes new designs.
