I bought this for my preschool age son for christmas and he loves it! It is perfect for on the go too (hello car toy for vacation!). I honestly can't figure out how this works and the magnet pull on it, but it is very fun to play with.

My kids are obsessed with this! They fight over whose turn it is to have it because it's really fun and they all want a turn. My two year old up to my 10 year old enjoy it. I keep it in the pocket of the car and it's easy to travel with. however, the one reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it kind of makes a lot of noise! I don't feel like I could take it on an airplane or into church. The little magnet balls create a lot of noise--there were even a couple times I had to make them stop using it when traffic was scary. My 3 year old daughter first played with this toy at a neighbor’s house and at first glance I thought it hire another cheap toy but it kept her truly enthralled for well over 30 minutes before we had to leave. She kept telling me how much she loved the rainbow balls. This is the PERFECT non-screen toy so I saved it to my Amazon wish list and of course when Christmas came around it was out of stock literally everywhere. Great for travel or waiting rooms! My son loves this! However, if it’s really quiet in the car or waiting room or if you are sensitive to popping noises it might be too much for you. Even I can only take the noise for so long, but it is really fun!

These things are so fun! Bought these to keep the kids entertained on long car rides and flights. My only complaint is they can be very loud. If you flip them upside down flat it helps, but they’re crazy cheap easily can become annoying if they’re being shaken. At the same time, the sound it makes when you place a ball is satisfying.
