When I initially purchased the writing tablet, the product I received was defective. The screen would not erase and the writing on the tablet was not vibrant. I reached out to the seller and they were extremely response! They immediately shipped me a new tablet and it works great!! One click erase, light weight, easy to use!! This gets used every single day by my now 2 year old and it still works the same as when we purchased it almost a year ago. It has held up against being thrown on the floor and on the ground outside.
