  • Very nice - But you need to know a few things
Size: 10x12 FT
Instructions can use some improvements and are somewhat confusing at times. Instructions say to not construct on a windy day. But a very light breeze can also be a problem. The building is very unstable at first because you have to do all the corners and they are standing with very little support. A light breeze of any kind can blow it over. Be sure to plan on finishing all sides if you don't have the time to also do the roof that day (It takes longer to construct than what it says for sure). That can be a stopping point if no wind is expected. Instructions say that you need 3-4 ppl to construct. However, my husband and I did it with just the two of us. Some parts were tricky, but it can be done. The pieces come with a thin film on them. We did not notice it at first. This has to be removed, and it takes a LOT of time to do so. The windows can be placed on any side which is nice. Once the roof is on and everything is secured together it is actually nice and sturdy. We built ours on timbers, so we can secure it to something. Don't want it to blow away. Overall, this is a really nice building for the money. The savings comes from putting it together yourself, which is not the simplest task. The look of the building is very nice. We will be adding some additional framing on the inside, because it's not very strong to be leaning anything against the inside walls. We would definitely buy this again and may actually do so for another area. You can't beat the price, and it looks good! ... show more

  • Give yourself 8-10 hours to assemble.
Size: 3x5 FT
Nothing and I mean nothing lined up for assembly. Possibly because every panel I received needed 15-20 minutes of body work to get the kinks out. Instructions are horrible. It says in the Amazon description that it comes with a floor. It does not. Frame work only. I was short 10-15 screws. Sitting on lazer leveled ground and started with a perfectly square base and the door only comes close to closing. All in all I’m very disappointed but I completed it so I’m stuck with it. Save your time and money…this is junk. ... show more

  • WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN
Size: 3x5 FT
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had to write this review while I still had the hate in my heart! I have not even finished assembling the shed yet and I am beyond frustrated with the plastic sticky film that is on almost all panels and parts. I understand that this is for protection from scratching during shipping but it’s almost impossible to remove and has been 90% of the time spent on this shed. There were a couple of times I had to put myself in timeout or walk away to do breathing exercises just to keep calm. So if you would like a reason to get a divorce, order this shed, grab your spouse and start peeling that film. Or if you hate yourself, I can assure you will hate yourself even more for buying this. This is not an issue with quality or a “you get what you pay for” situation because I think overall the shed is worth the price and better than expected. I would never buy this again simply because of that plastic film and I know it will be a part of my nightmares for the rest of my life. ... show more

  • GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Size: 5x3 FT
I've put many of these metal sheds together over the last 40 years and they're not a big deal to assemble. You just need A LOT of patience. And I just happen to enjoy the process. I received the 3x5 to use as a tool shed and everything was in great shape. The only problem was a missing latch mechanism so I emailed the company and within a few hours received a FedEx tracking number for my replacement part. I was impressed with their customer service. So I went ahead and put the shed together (here's a tip: use a blow dryer to heat up and peel off the protective film on the panels). I didn't have any problems with hole alignments. But I was surprised a few days later when my replacement part arrived and turned out to be a whole new shed. It was obviously a product return that somebody else got frustrated with and carelessly crammed back into the box, but I didn't care. I just wanted the latch out of it. All in all, I'm very happy with my shed. It matches our log home, and it is tucked away under a carport, secured to concrete and full of rakes and shovels. No problems at all. But I'm an old retired guy with lots of spare time and who enjoys building these sorts of things. If you have less time and less patience, I'd recommend going with something a little easier. ... show more

  • What to truly expect.
Size: 10x12 FT/Base
The shed itself is good, BUT the instructions might as well be written in Chinese along with the diagrams not telling you what to do at all. Several times it just had an arrow pointing at another piece not explaining how they line up or anything. We had to go back and mess with multiple peices hoping this time was the last and that'd it work. Time wise I'd triple whatever the manufacturer said because half the time is spent trying to interpret the sad excuses for instructions then fixing things that don't work. In the end if you can get one prebuild save your time, back and mental sanity but if you can't you've been warned. ... show more

  • Good value but directions aren't very clear.
Size: 10x12 FT
After researching multiple sheds, I decide on this one for the amount of storage space it offered. It arrived a week earlier than expected which was great. Due to the weather, we had to wait 2 weeks to assemble. My son assisted me in assembly We both have a good deal of experience in bulding things. So we thought this will be easy 5 hours tops. But it took us about 8 hours due to the poor directions. It took a good hour to unbox and sort the parts. It goes together fairly easy with a few hiccups. First the directions0 need to be made clearer in a few parts. Especially when assembling the roof peaks. The diagrams are not very clear as to the order on parts f5,f6, s6. Due to this we had to take a couple of things apart and reassemble. Once assembled we measured it and it is not 10'×12' as advertised. It is closer to 9' 4" x11' 5". It is sturdy once assembled. While assembling, I was questioning whether it would be sturdy. Overall I think it is a good buy, but needs some improvement on the directions. I'm marking it a 3 due to not being true to size and directions. ... show more
