Came almost every piece severely bent and damaged. After days of straightening metal to the best of my ability, put it up on level ground akd the structure is flimsy. Not to mention the flooring kit leaves a lot of weak points. Also the kit came with no physical instructions, I had ti find the instruction video myself. I will be taking this down and finding a sturdier solution.

Overall I wish I invested more money into a higher quality shed. You get what you pay for and there is a reason why the 10x12 was $700. The instructions are not clear. Installing the roof was the most challenging part. I had to redo the roof twice in order to all fit correctly. The metal floor framing is useless (unless I’m missing something). I will need to install proper gutter downspouts to flow the water away from the shed as the rain water is dripping onto my wood floor and seeping into the shed (as my floor foundation is bigger and not flush with the dimensions of the shed). Fingers cross this shed last a long time.

It’s cheap and can be put together by a moderately equipped and informed DIYer. Wear the gloves when doing the roof (lacerated my thumb real good). Don’t trust the instructions at all. Some pieces were exact opposite of where the instructions said to put them (maybe poor labeling). I am not a pro at any trade but I’ve done a fair share of maintenance, carpentry, and assembly, but this was living hell. Im so glad we’re done. Did it with two people and it took about 2 days to put up. If you took a FULL day, two people could maybe get it done. It’s as flimsy as it can be till you put the roof on. We just set it on weed barrier and leveled gravel (with a lean for drainage) JUST put it up today and these pictures are before putting on the trimming for the roof and floor frame. Will do a follow up after a year and talk about longevity. Doing 4/5 stars cause -1 for the hell of an assembly that it requires, but assuming it lasts 5-10 years, $500 is a very reasonable price for this thing.

DO NOT BUY! This thing is garbage. Worthless directions are no help and completely wrong. I have never seen lower quality materials. Soda cans are stronger. Poorly engineered, can barely support its own weight. You will need at least 3 people for at least 12 hrs, much more if there is any breeze at all. It's so cheap and flimsy it be ds coming out of the box. Do not waste your money on this trash. Beware

The only person who did their job here was the packaging engineer. Whole kit comes in 3 separate boxes - you have to open all 3 at the start to find the parts you need. You would hope that the base has all peices in parts in box 1 and you can systematically work - nope. 2-4 labor hours in organizing parts. 20+ labor hours in peeling every part that is wrapped in the worlds crappiest protective wrap. Once you get that done, good luck with the directions - directions on base section were wrong and you have to note the orientation of certain parts from the picture shown bc they do not note how it should be placed. But you’ll figure that out 4 steps later when you have to disassemble parts because they dont line up right. 30+ labor hours on assembly. My wood shed took less time to build I would have given this 1 star but I will say the completed product is decent. I just wouldn’t wish the assembly of it on my worst enemy

I would give a 4 start but theres just 2 things I dont like. Most holes actually line up bjt some dont making it hard for most people that dont have the tools to correct it, I did. Also instructions suck ass so if youre not a builder, reading them can take the average home owners from a 6 hour job to a 2 days job easy. Fix that. So better Instructions and making in sure holes line up or numbering the holes on the roof to line up with the holes on the supports.

The shed itself is good, BUT the instructions might as well be written in Chinese along with the diagrams not telling you what to do at all. Several times it just had an arrow pointing at another piece not explaining how they line up or anything. We had to go back and mess with multiple peices hoping this time was the last and that'd it work. Time wise I'd triple whatever the manufacturer said because half the time is spent trying to interpret the sad excuses for instructions then fixing things that don't work. In the end if you can get one prebuild save your time, back and mental sanity but if you can't you've been warned.
