I ordered these for my Lenox Christmas China. The old covers disintegrated. I am so pleased with the quality and look of these storage containers. They are heavy duty, well made and nice looking. The plate protector sheets are felt and a nice weight. I bought these containers on sale, but they are well worth the full price. Appears to be of good quality. I have the Gibson, Boughs of Holly, Christmas place setting and my 8 3/4 dessert plates are too big for the 8 1/2 storage container. Unsure of what is the common average, but I was able to use the plate container for both my dinner plates and dessert plates. My bad for not checking. Now I have an unused piece. I have a 6 piece place setting, so I was able to store my vintage salt and pepper shakers in the mug container, as well. ... show more

This 5 piece set of hard shell china dish holders is elegant looking and holds up to 12 pieces in each canister. I used the cup holder one for my large platters instead. The only downside is I need 2 of the smaller containers and don't see where I can buy the separate pieces. Definitely recommend.

These storage containers are awesome! My daughter inherited her great-grandmother’s entire fine china set. We received it in cardboard boxes and have kept them in a lower cabinet in the kitchen for years. I finally decided to store them properly and protect them. This set is such a great deal! It came with 12 felt pads for each size plate to keep them from damage. The larger containers are big enough to fit 12 stacked plates and/or saucers. The zippers are easy to use. They look really sleek. They are solid and sturdy. I plan to get more for the additional serveware pieces. I am happy to have found these! ... show more

I love this set and it has protected my dishes. It comes with interior cloths that go between the dishes that offer extra protection. These are stackable but I only stack one or two depending on the weight so that I don't put extra weight on the dishes inside. The handles are fantastic and I like that there are two on each side so that you're not tempted to hold something by one handle on the top and then all your dishes break.
