We have the blue of these tablets and it arrived in great working order other than one of the holes for the strap that connects the pen to the tablet not being cleared enough to actually thread the string through! Ordered a second in yellow and it arrived and the screen won’t clear. Pretty bummed out on the consistency of the product. Seems like it’s just luck of the draw! Other than that, the kids LOVE them!
