I was intending to mount this on the inside of my closet but then I realized that the bars across the inside of my closet door are magnetic so I could bypass the adhesive dock. It provides a lot of light and makes it MUCH easier to see what's inside my closet. My closet is a couple inches short of 8ft wide and with the light mounted in the middle horizontally it actually lights up the entire closet! The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is because each time you use it you need to tap the power button four times (first time turns it on at low brightness, second increases it to medium, third makes it the brightest, fourth is to turn it back off). I wish the brightness setting were separate from the power button, that way you'd only need to tap it once to turn it on and again to turn it off. Pressing and holding the power button changes the color temperature, and they all feel very different from each other, which I appreciate. I also comes with a USB-C cable to charge the light. This light has exceeded my expectations with how well it actually lights up my closet! Very happy with it! ... show more

Nice simple to use light, can be placed anywhere with the adhesive magnetic base. Has multiple modes of color - warm to cool which I love because I use cool during the day and at work and prefer warm during the evening and at home. One touch/button control and 3 levels of brightness with the highest level being very bright. The base allows for moving forward and back or side to side depending on how you put the base, but not both. This is 180 directional turn not a pivotal 360. Comes with a charging cord but no plug which is the norm for most products. The instructions do say that the lights cannot be replaced so when the bulbs die out that is it for the light but LEDs seem to last a very long time and without constant use I feel this would last many years. ... show more

This is Chinese junk. You can tell by the totally nonsensical instructions. The lights have a small activation area you have press while the light is upside down. It pretty sketchy, it only randomly works if you've got it in your hand facing you. I bought 4 of them. They were shipped in a box that could hold at least 20 of them, with no packing. I'm sure that didn't do them any good. And, as a topper, Amazon won't pay to pick these defective items up. I'm disputing the whole thing on my card. ... show more

    • Very bright and decent battery life
The whole kit works perfectly and am super pleased with everything out of the box. Firstly, the small stuff: the included adhesive is very reliable so be sure you want it to stay in the first place you set it! The magnetic hinge is also very strong on both sides and will withstand slight bumps without worry of falling. I did have it fall a few times while pulling things out of the closet where it was placed overhead and it's still working just fine as I use it daily. Battery life will depend on brightness as the lowest setting will get you around 10 hours or so of battery, while a higher setting diminishes that quickly to about only 3-4 hours-which still isn't too bad in my opinion since it does get pretty bright. This is a very nice light, minimalistic design with it's touch controls and thankfully a USB-C charge port instead of micro-USB. This comes highly recommended by me. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The Kitloo LED Magnetic Rechargeable Touch Light is awesome! I looked at several of these types of lights before deciding upon this one. There is multiple reasons I chose this one: - The light is magnetic - Comes with a magnetic base and 3M double sided tape - It is rechargable and comes with a USB to USB-C charging cable, (wall plug not included) - It is a touch light - ON/OFF and all lighting adjustments are handled by touch - It has three brightness settings - It also has three color/warmth settings - When you are using the magnetic base, the light can be rotated 80 degrees Overall, I am over the moon with the Kitloo LED Magnetic Rechargeable Touch Light. I work from home and I have a hutch on my computer, so the area under the hutch tends to be very dark. This light has made all of the difference in the word. I spend a huge amount of time on the computer, so being able to not only adjust the brightness setting, but color/warmth of the light has really helped to alleviate eye strain and headaches. Furthermore, being able to rotate the light to a degree that is comfortable for my eyes has also really helped as well. I am in love with it and highly recommend it! ... show more
