My only complaint is that it is easy to lose the charging cord. No place to stroe it in or on the light. They should put a hollow area in the base (a screw on base cover???) that would allow you to store the charging cord there and not lose it. Pretty simple.....do it!!

I bought this to use for power outages. It really is bright and has four different settings as well as adjustable brightness settings. I charged it for three hours and it is holding its charge after two weeks. Better than I thought it would be. I am perfectly satisfied with it

The charging cord provided does not work with my Samsung phone. The connector is too large so I can't use it as an emergency charger. I may be able to find a cord that will fit. It's also smaller than I imagined, but the brightness of the lantern makes up for its lack of size. It puts out a very bright light. ... show more

The lantern matches the description very well. It's well built, and the rubber (or rubberized, I don't know) material seems like it will handle everyday wear and tear well. It's not blazingly bright. Maybe equivalent to a 60 watt bulb, but that's good to have in a power outage, and it's certainly good for camping. I don't know what the state of the charge was when I received it, but it charged fully in 3 hours. All of the different light modes work as described. I would definitely buy this again. ... show more
