I bought these lights to use during power outage from thunder storms. We have several during warm weather and have been known to loose power during ice storms. I bought 4 of them, light up the house on high. They are adjustable from high to low light. I leave them sitting out as they are just a canister and blend into the room, not real noticeable. These will come in handy when needed. Easy to use, just lift the top of the lantern and it lights up. Good amount of light is emitted when in use. Have not needed to use yet so can’t rate the length of time the batteries will last. Would recommend. I plan on giving a couple to a friend.

A light weight and bright LED Lantern! I like the fact that it uses 3AA batteries, of which I have many and are a lot cheaper than the C and D cells. One thing that is a bit confusing is the Amazon description says 350LM, while the box it comes in says only 100LM.

i live in an area that looses power frequently throughout the year and i first seen these on qvc but found them cheaper here on amazon. i purchased a set of 4 and then three more sets as i give at least 1 to new neighbors that move into the property where i rent. they come in their own little boxes so they can be wrapped individually for gifts. i like that the light can be adjusted so the brightness is suitable for wherever i have them. that keeps the battery life last longer. the end. ... show more
