Absolutely love these lanterns however, I do wish that they were rechargeable versus being battery operated. I went camping for three days with this and had to change my batteries once so the battery life was pretty good. It’s very lightweight and portable it hangs at the top of my tent. The light is so bright would definitely purchase again and the fan that is built in on this it’s pretty powerful kept my entire tent cool overnight

I bought this for our first camping trip and it was very useful. It was placed in the middle of the tent, hanging down and the buddy heater below it. We didn’t need to use the fan to distribute the heat, but instead used the lights in the evening. Boy was it bright on the low setting. The medium lit the entire 10 person tent like a regular room light. After camping, I tried using it as a desktop fan while I work and it came in handy. There are three fan setting and I was perfectly fine with it on the low setting. I angled it so I could feel the breeze but not get too cold if it’s blowing directly in my face. I started to use it on Wednesday afternoon. It was perfect and I didn’t need to turn the big fan or AC on. Perfect solution. Continued to use it on Thursday and Friday. But forgot that it was on all weekend long. I didn’t even hear the fan running. That’s how quiet it was. Come Sunday evening, I sit at my desk to check emails and to my surprise this fan was still chugging along. It wasn’t breezy on low, it you could see that it’s spinning and get minimal feel of the wind. This lasted on brand new batteries all weekend long! I only deduct a star because of the switch. They’re too close to each other and instead of a slide switch it could be something else. Other than that, love this fan. The handle are good and don’t feel weird either. You can hang this or prop it up. Another great feature is that the led lights can go one way and the fan another. I kept the box so that it stay in great condition.

I wanted this fan for camping and when we go to the beach. After reading my reviews on different fans, I decided this was going to be my Best Buy. Once the product arrived, I was not disappointed. This fan is lightweight and built with quality materials. It was easy to remove the top to access the battery compartment. Put in two D cell batteries, and you’re all set. The different settings on the fan are a great feature as well as the light. The hook makes it great to hang from the center of the tent. This fan puts out a decent amount of cool air. The light definitely comes in handy when it is super dark and you’re trying to find something or simply get in and out of the tent without tripping over something. I have not used it enough yet to know how long the batteries will last but it’s easy enough to carry a spare set whether you were camping out at the beach or simply relaxing somewhere. This fan is set at a great price point and performs wonderfully. If you were looking for a decent size fan compact enough for camping yet big enough to put out a decent amount of air with the added light. This product is a great option.

This item is just okay. It works pretty well as advertised, but the "fan" portion really just provides white noise opposed to actual air circulation. It's kind of bulky to transport. Although it's easy to setup, I ended up replacing this item with a different lantern and light. I couldn't figure out what it was, but there was also a light chittering noise when the fan was on. Couldn't figure it out, but replaced it anyways.

I got this to go camping, and it worked amazingly!!! The light is super bright, and the fan worked great. It was warm, so the fan created a nice breeze when I used it. I also hung it from the ceiling of my tent, & that was the only time I didn't feel it as much; however, it kept the air from getting stale in my tent, so I was a happy camper. I kept it with me at night as I went on walks because it had a sturdy handle and the light was very bright, so I had to make sure I didn't point it up towards someone's face.
