Bought for youngest college-bound son for his apartment. Figured it would be a challenge to put it together because directions are usually poor. This one came nicely boxed and packaged. Instructions are mostly clear (Take your time and read ahead so you know the plan). All tools were available. And, the bed looks great when together. LED lights are a nice touch. He really likes it and the price was definitely right. You won't need a box spring but the bed is little low but vert comfy and sturdy.

Easy to set up but the headboard is not the same size it is way smaller than shown on the picture. As you can see I am only using 2 pillows to compare to the listing. That shows 2 pillows. The mattress comes to the bottom of the head board as shown as well.

Easy assembly. Looks great. All of the pieces were in the package, including the tools needed for assembly. The bed does not make any noises once all of the screws have been tightened. The size is true to a queen size bed. We have used two different queen size mattresses with it without any trouble. The bed is very sturdy. The bed frame raises the bed up off the floor for easy storage.

The bed itself, is fine. It does its job. However, the head board IS not bigger than the foot board, it’s the same size. It took at least 3 weeks to get all of the pieces needed for our bed. It was originally delayed 2 days due to our package being damaged and no physical scabs with FedEx until multiple calls to locate the package. It delivered and we got it all set up, then realized we were missing one of the main support pieces and the piece you can plug your charger into. I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and shipped us the necessary pieces within a couple days, but it took a week to deliver. The supporting piece was there, which was awesome, we could finally stop sleeping on our mattress on the floor. But the charging piece wasn’t the right one. Again, I had to contact customer service to have the correct piece shipped. They got it shipped out in a couple days, but again took a week to deliver. You need a total of 3 USB wall outlets. There’s 2 light strips and the charging pieces, which all require a wall piece to work. This isn’t what we thought it would be and are disappointed. Overall, once we got all of the pieces to our bed, it’s worked fine, but it’s not as expected. Needing to supply 3 USB wall plugs to work the bed to light up and have the easy access to charge your phone, plus the headboard being the same size as the footboard, is not what was expected. Customer service, on the other hand, was very responsive and helpful. Thankful for them.
