This chair is great! I got the white PU upholstered version. I am 8 months pregnant and put it together myself in about and hour and a half. The box says to open from the bottom of the box and pull the cushions out from around the round swivel base. Great, did that. The QR code on the box to what I thought was an assembly instruction video did not work out. Oh well. The enclosed instructions were good enough for me. I did get a bit winded when it came to putting the assembled arms on the seat, but still did it myself! No foul odors come from the chair, however I noticed some small-partical debris in a cardboard layer with a metal arm piece. Not sure what that was about. The "massage" function is just vibrations, so don't think you are getting a shiatsu massage here. It's been hot so I haven't tried the heat function, but so far everything is working nicely. The chair is comfortable and stylish. I bought mostly for having a comfortable nursing chair when my baby comes, but I really like the way it looks. Hopefully it lasts a long time. I am 5'6" and 8 months pregnant 158 lbs and my husband is 6'0" around 180 lbs. We both think the chair is comfortable. I will say my feet dangle above the ground a bit which will make the rocking part challenging. I do like the recline on it though. Sometimes recliners won't stay back for me. No issues with this one.

I like the color & the material I did not like that I had to put it all together I do not like the vibrate & heat option. This option is so weak you can not even feel it . Can’t expect much for $400

This chair is really easy to put together. It comes with instructions, but you can also follow the video that's posted here. I had one little problem and had to contact customer service. They got back to me right away (within a few hours) and just as quickly gave me a solution to the problem. They were very friendly and helpful. I love this chair. It's soft and cushy, just really comfortable, and looks nice in my apartment. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Took me about 3-4 hours to put together! About 1/2 an hour just to get all the parts out from the underside of the base. Assembly was slow due to the fear of tearing the upholstery. Still a little concerned that the screws will poke holes in it because there are no caps to cover them. Attaching the arms to the base still not completely flush on the brackets. It just won’t budge. I tried putting silicone on the brackets but they still won’t slide all the way down. Directions did not list where to use the plastic lock nuts. Must be to secure the back to the base but they don’t fit completely in the holes. I wish I could extend the height of the back as it forces my head and shoulders more forward than I’d like. Cup holders do not “click” into place as stated in the directions. Recliners is nice but closing back up is a little difficult. Massage works well! Haven’t tried the heater yet. Love the swivel and the rocking. Lots of zippered compartments inside the arm rests. I don’t know what they are for. Overall design is nice. Comfort is a B+, massage is surprisingly good.

I purchased this for my grandson for his college graduation. I was able to use it myself and I wasn’t all that happy with it. It was not very expensive so I guess that’s what I get. I’m sure for a young man it will be fine. I found it difficult to have it stay in a reclining position. And then the foot rest you need to push down with your legs to lock it in place . that was quite difficult. The massage part seems OK but the cord in the back is short and so you can’t make the chair go all way. I would not buy it again as it was a little difficult to put together also. Luckily, I have a son who is Handy, but it took him a while to do it.

The chair is beautiful. Very soft material and I love the color (cloth blue). I bought a chair like this on Amazon 3 years ago, but the pully broke. That chair came in 4 pieces, just snap it together. Not this one! My husband and I spent over 2 hours just trying to get the very tight arm covers to stretch over arm metal pieces. My hands are beat up! The instructions that came with chair are different than the tutorial video so we had to re-attached. The chair seems sturdy once put together (about 3 hours), but when you recline there is gap between chair bottom and back. Will need a small pillow. For the price, I feel the company should have all the pieces covered. It could easily be shipped that way. The company should also extend the back of the chair so there is no gap.

Assembly was horrible. Parts of chair were inside bottom. Until I turned chair bottom over, and looked, I thought parts were missing. Chair arms need to be completed. Unfortunately that includes stretching vinyl over frames (very difficult), then zipping shut. Plastic zippers so have to be very careful not to stress too much. Pads on arms had to be attached via zipper also. Very hard to get to. Then one zipper’s pull came off. Had to deconstruct arm and pad to be able to rejoin it. Then reconstruct. Instructions were semi-useless. Still haven’t figured out what ‘cloth cover hole is interspersed the inset iron-nugget’. ??? Chair finally put together and does work but is very uncomfortable. You have to slump and curve your back to sit. Oh, and to raise the legs, there is a jump cord like pull on the inside of one arm. That’s the worst of the problem. I’ve bought and assembled a number of these and been happy. This is not one of them.

When I received this recliner, I specifically went to the webpage to watch the assembly video as well as the installation instructions, and it took me about 20 minutes to assemble it, which was very easy. The leather material is very nice and easy to clean, just wipe it with a clean cloth, very convenient.the cushion of the chair is very thick, when I sit on it is also particularly comfortable. Super love this chair and this recliner chair was exactly what I was looking for that reclined, rocked and swivels. Recommended!!!
