This product is perfect for me. It is very light weight and easy to use. I'm happy it came with 2 batteries as it takes a while to charge one. The charge lasts long enough to clean my patio and walkway with plenty of charge left over. However, I am very unhappy about the delivery of my order. I got a notification that it was going to be delayed another day, no problem, I wasn't in a hurry. HOWEVER, when it was delivered, it wasn't placed in the Amazon Locker. Instead, it was left RIGHT NEXT TO THE LOCKERS on a table (see photo) where anyone could steal it. I was not notified of the delivery via text, as always. I did get an email with the photo but no reason for not following my specific delivery instructions. Amazon, do better with your deliveries to the Amazon Lockers!!!

Super handy to have in a small space. This is compact but mighty. We use it to clean off picnic tables, our outdoor rug, the top of the slider before closing it and just getting rid of dirt in general throughout the RV. It stores very easily and charges fast.

I purchased this blower on September 7th and finally had the opportunity to charge and use it only once or twice as the leaves in my area have begun to fall. After a full charge, I attempted to use it for the first time. It turns on for about three seconds and shuts off every time. Unfortunately, the return window has already closed (on October 7th), so now I’m stuck with the product that has never worked properly. I’m very disappointed with this experience. For the price and the reputation of this brand, I expected better. I’d love to speak to someone from their customer service dept, but have no way of getting in touch. Very unhappy.

This is a pretty good leaf blower over all. Good weight not being to heavy. It blows away most things, works best with leaves and small branches but struggles with medium to larger branches, and has issues with small or larger rocks. The battery life is pretty good, I haven't gotten to use it fully until it runs out but it does work at minutes 30-40 minutes since that's about how long I've used it without it running out. The charging time is where i have an issue, When i first got it i had to charge the battery. I charged it for i believe an hour or more and it still wasn't done, and it wasn't very far in. If it wasn't for that this would be a 4 star product. I would highly recommend this product but i would also recommend getting a second battery because of the charging time.
