I did not know where to turn when I was shopping for a commercial Slushie Machine. I compared price (this one had a coupon as well), reviews, comments, size and shipping. Therefore, I settled this Leacco Machine. Shipping was fast, came in a wooden crate therefore no worries about damage in shipping. Product came completely built so no worries of putting it together wrong. I did have one small issues of a missing handle but Lemon in customer service was very prompt to respond to my email and shipped out a new handle ASAP. Machine worked great (did have to turn down the temp a little to get the slushy to freeze better). Great machine overall!

I ordered it for my niece quinceanera and had plans to use it again later for parties. It arrived fast and 2 weeks before the event i turned it on to try it. One of the cylinders kept freezing up, the other seemed to be working. I turned it off defrosted it and tried it again next day. Both cylinders froze. 3rd time, I called and tried to troubleshoot the problem and was asked if I wanted a replacement sent to me, at this point it was a week before the event and I just didn't want to risk having same issue so I returned the machine.

Ordered this AMAZING machine for our annual shrimp boil instead of renting one and I feel like it already paid for itself!!! We had 70+ people for a 9 hour party and the drinks did not disappoint kids and adults! We made adult drinks 3x and they froze quick enough that drinks were right back to being served! The kids drinks were even quicker! We were worried testing it out for the first time during such a big party but it went swimmingly well!! 100% recommend getting one if you’ve ever thought about it! I didn’t do a great job with pictures but you can see it on the counter and there’s our party people who enjoyed slushies from start to finish!

I had the pleasure of working with Lemon to resolve an issue with my machine, which had a persistent leak in the left tank. The problem stemmed from the hopper gasket seal on the back side, causing liquid to constantly drip and fill the drip pan. This rendered the left tank completely unusable, which was a significant issue for our restaurant, as we rely on it to serve one of our specialty drinks during operating hours. Lemon’s assistance was exceptional from start to finish. She responded promptly to my questions, quickly provided replacement parts, and consistently followed up to ensure the issue was being resolved. Ultimately, when the problem couldn’t be fully fixed, she arranged for a brand-new replacement machine to be provided free of charge. This level of care and dedication is rare in customer service, and Lemon went above and beyond to ensure everything was made right. Her tremendous help left a lasting impression, and I’m truly honored to have had the chance to work with her. Thank you, Lemon, for turning a frustrating situation into a memorable and positive experience!

Latest Update: I received the new machine this week and got a chance to try it today. Works perfectly. Overall I would rate this 4 1/2 stars. I can’t give it 5 because of the hassle of having to get a new one. Their customer service has been wonderful. I noticed a few other reviews similar to mine. They may need to change their shipping container/methods so that it doesn’t continue to happen to other buyers. Update: I have been in contact with customer service via email (they are in China and 12 hour time change different from me). They shipped me a new machine. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet. The customer service emails have been timely, polite and helpful. Initial review: I just tried to use this today for the first time. The compressor will turn on for 30 seconds and then make a shuddering noise and turn off so it is not cooling/slushing at all. It is out of the return window for Amazon (I received this just over a month ago), so I tried contacting the seller. The phone number goes directly to hold music and then hangs up on you after two minutes. I have an email in to their customer support and will update this review when/if I hear from them.
