    • Zipper is of poor qulity.
The futon comes in three separate pieces and you have to zip them together. Unfortunately one piece the zipper did not work. It would be such a pain to return the futon after they were all expanded out. So my opinion I would not buy another one. Poor zipper quality. Makes me wonder how much longer they will hold up. Exactly what we wanted! Very comfortable and functional in our guest room since we didn’t want a permanent bed taking up all of the space. We got the Twin XL. For the price this was ideal for our budget. I was worried that it would have a smell, but there’s none. I was worried about the zippers, but we had zero issues. We made sure the zipper was properly aligned and all parts locked into place before gently zipping. Maybe this is a function that has been fixed but we had no issues. I bought the 6-inch Twin XL. The bed is very comfortable. However, the zippers are low quality, and it’s incredibly hard to put the bed together. I almost had to return it because I couldn’t get it put together. I don’t dare take the covers off to wash them or separate the pieces because I don’t think I’d ever get it back together. ... show more

A little hard to put together but better than sleeping on the floor. It says to store in a carrying case but you have to buy that separately which for the price should be included. Kids said it wasn’t bad.

Very happy with this purchase. I bought this to use as a spare bed along with a metal bed frame. My guests claim it to be very comfortable. Not too soft or hard. No smell. Easy to set up. My only question is where to store.

This was purchased to replace a double high twin air mattress. It was a great purchase. While it takes up significantly more space for storage it is also significantly more comfortable. I'm not sure if the foam will compress over time, but while sleeping on it there wasn't any compacting. Sleeping on my side, no bony prominences touched the floor. I suspect weight and size factor into comfort but mine (135#) definitely didn't. If you are a hot sleeper the foam may make you warmer. ... show more
