I did not know these were a thing. I’m happy they are. My daughter needed something for 2 cemented basement egress windows. She wanted blinds not extension rod & curtains. Set up took minutes. I purchased black for privacy. The cost was minimal. They move up very easy to let the light in. Size was perfect. They are very sturdy once hung properly, you would not know they are tension blinds. Happy with the quality of the shade also.

These blinds are perfect! No tools needed and it has good tension so it doesn’t fall when pulling the shade up and down. Also, gives the window a nice look - it’s not cheap looking. I think this product is amazing in terms of what the goal is. I want a shade that can block out the sun completely after sunrise, so I can continue to sleep, this item did just that. No tools, no drill and cordless are real, not gimmick, I do not need to drill any hole to the wall. The hold is sturdy and strong, I don't worry the shade would fall off. It's a bit pricey, but it really does the job well. Highly recommend if you don't want to drill hole to the wall and need blackout effect in your room.
