I lost my stand mixer somewhere over the years in a move, divorce, or some other life change. I didn't want to take up valuable counter real estate as I live in a small home, and it is just my husband and I these days, so I don't need a heavy duty large stand mixer like I did when my children were at home and I was cooking and baking for 5. After reading tons of reviews, and tons of research, I settled on this mixer because for the price point, it had the features I wanted, and seemed fairly well reviewed compared to similar models in the same price range. I was concerned it would not be powerful enough to really whip things, or that it would quickly overwork it if I used it for anything of much substance but I have been pleasantly surprised so far with this mixer, and it has adequately done any job I have given it, from whipped potatoes, cookie dough, cake batter, and whipped cream. I love that it has a container that holds the different beaters (has dough hooks, regular beaters, as well as a whisk) so no more wandering attachments, and also holds the cord so that everything neatly stays in the storage case on the bottom of the mixer to save space and protect everything. I have not tried it, but I have read some people also use the storage container to measure ingredients as well, but not sure how this works for this item as I do not see measurement marks. I like the touch button speed adjustment and turbo features. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a moderate use space saving mixer. It works well and so far holds up great. I will change my review if this changes.

The Mixer is so compact I love it! Got it for the Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes - just didn't feel like digging out the Huge "Counter top" one from back in the cabinets somewhere (from when I made cookies a lot). So this seemed perfect - and it is! I had 8 lbs of potatoes to mash and it handled the task wonderfully! Yes, it would have been quicker with the Huge heavy mixer, but realistically, tiny beaters Would take longer. I Highly recommend this! If it did my potatoes with no problem at all, it will whisk those eggs and puddings in a flash! And for those with minimal space it's perfect!

Good mixer but the lowest speed isn't slow enough in my opinion. I like that the beaters store in a container that the mixer fits in nicely, including the cord making the storage very neat and easy. I just wish it was a little slower. The color is nice too. And, I like that different beaters are included.

I’m so happy that I finally bought a practical hand mixer. The included attachments are more than enough for my needs. I mostly use it to make Basque cheesecake and it works beautifully every time. A stand mixer feels unnecessary for this routine, and my regular blender tends to overwhip egg whites too easily, so a hand mixer gives me much better control. The most important thing is how lightweight it is. I can hold and use it for a while without any hand fatigue at all, and the motor is still powerful enough to handle thicker batters and dough without struggling. The different speed settings are very helpful and easy to adjust depending on what I am making. Even though the sound is a bit loud, it does not bother me. It actually helps me judge which speed I am using and match it to the right mixing stage. Overall, very practical.

After receiving the wrong color, I requested a replacement and as promised, I received the correct one the following day. Today I used it to make a sweet potato pie and it worked wonderfully. It's the best hand mixer I've used in a long time. It is very powerful. I tried all the speeds and they worked nicely. I turned the mixer off at speed 3 to spoon down my mix, and when I turned it back on it started mixing at speed 3! I thought that was a nice feature. It has a little weight to it, yet it feels lightweight when you're using it. It is definitely worth the price. The color matches my ice blue Kitchenaid stand mixer exactly. The attachments are nice and I love that they're kept neatly inside the box stand. Cleaning was a breeze.
