    • Insane adhesive.

The adhesive on the back will outlive you and your family. I broke the plastic on the holders for the roller before I got the adhesive off. (It did not peel the paint on the door!) Make sure you get it in the right place before sticking it because there will be no changing it after. It did block the light very well. If you have dogs I don’t recommend white. The Velcro wore out fast but it stays where you put it so you really don’t need it. Only issue I have with this, I live in a very humid area and moisture was getting in my house and this trapped the water causing it to mold. ... show more

The blinds aspect works great but the small pieces of Velcro they give you do not work at all. I had to go and buy $10 worth of Velcro on my own because the ones provided made it so the blinds kept falling off the doors.

My front door has add on blinds which block view, but still allow light to show. In looking for a solution, I came across this product. I didn't want to drill holes in my door so opted for the adhesive install which worked well. Directions state to hold in place for 2 minutes and then not use it for 24 hours which I did - the 2 minutes of holding seemed longer than the 24 hours lol. The shade / roller part is low profile and light weight. More importantly, appears to block 100% of the light! I have a light above my door and you cannot tell it is on with the shade in place. You can operate the door as normal even with the shade extended but I typically will only use it at night time before bed. For the price this is a great product! Note to manufacturer - It would be great to have a magnetic option as many front doors are steel. ... show more
