I just had a 3 season room built and needed furniture. I figured I would get an outdoor set since there is no heat or air conditioning in the room. This set arrived in four large boxes. The cushions came separately in two small boxes. And the fire pit came several days before everything in its own box as well. Once I unpacked everything, I was not able to locate the directions on how to put the set together. I messaged Layinsun and they responded quickly by sending me a link to pull up the direction. When i began assembling, I found the directions were in one of the four packets with the screws. The assembly was not bad. I did it over a period of 4 days. I could only do 2-3 pieces at a time because my fingers became sore from twisting the Allen wrench to tighten the screws. When everything was assembled, I put the furniture in the new sunroom and it looks wonderful! I love the fact that I can move pieces around if needed. I even decided to put 2 corner pieces together to make another small couch with ends. This set was exactly the look I was going for! The height was perfect...it was just below the level of my windows. The furniture seems sturdy and it's more comfortable than I thought it would be. The seat cushions do slide somewhat so I found some Velcro seat cushion tape that helped a great deal. I also used a UV protectorate I found on Amazon in the hopes that it will prevent the black color from fading. The little clasps that hold the pieces together are not really that effective. I think possibly zip tying the legs would be more effective. I am happy with my purchase and with the quality of the furniture.

Words cannot express how much I love this set! I would have given it 5 stars if the cushions were a little thicker and one small spot of the rattan of the fire pit was folded but will hopefully straighten out in the sun or I can glue it flat. but I read the thickness before I bought it. Very easy to put together and all of these pieces for this cost cannot be beat!

I am so happy with this set. I am a 57 year old woman, pretty handy, and was able to put it all together by myself. In doing that I could see how well it was made. It's reinforced with steel bars and the ratan is very strong/thick. The cushions are quite thick and actually the only hard part about this product- is getting them out of the packing. They put them in the backs of the chairs and you have to wiggle them out. But everything was well packed and nothing was damaged, broken nor missing-as far as the furniture. Plus they give you extra hardware, just in case. The only problem I had was that I was missing ONE cushion cover. Those are shipped separately in a large set. I contacted the company about my ONE missing cover and within couple of days, they sent me an ENTIRE new set again-with no rebuttal at all! Great customer service! We bought the 15 piece set so we could use some on both our upper and lower decks. (see pics and please excuse the dust, LOL) Everything is sturdy and adult sized. I absolutely love the firepit. (see video) You won't be disappointed.

I do not recommend this set. We purchased the 8 piece set for our luxury STR in December. Everything is fine except all of the cushions are fading drastically to a white color. It looks really really bad for our guests. I'm reached out to LayinSun through email for assistance. I'll come back and update my review based on that interaction when it happens.

Assembly takes forever if you get the 15 set. 4-8h depending on your skills and understanding. Took me 5h with power tools. Glass table is low, seats are low too. Metal frame is verry thin 1/2 tubes and square angle tacked not welded completely, that is worrying me. The welds should be stronger then the tube itself, if a weld brakes and seat collapses it could pierce your body. Plastic material is thinner and softer and easy to poke a finger trough compared to similar furniture i looked at stores. Would not recommend having it exposed to sun and elements. Mine will be under a covered roof and walls.

I love this patio set. Its perfect for my space. Good quality and comfy to sit in. The only bad thing about this, was the assembly. The directions showed letters that should go together, but there were no letters on the pieces.
